The Unveiling

As you grow to know yourself through accessing the stillness inside you shift occasionally into timeless awareness through visions and dreams and moments of ‘aha’ insights often through significant events like changes, death, suffering or bliss of union, in love in nature in meditation in song.

These do not last.

Then as we enter duality and experience time again we feel that we have lost something, although in truth the Self, the Pure Clear Light of Being, is never lost, is closer than close, is never changing.

It is hidden beneath the veils of the mind, the forms.

In the Heart, the formless.

So we return to insight after insight until we prove to our self through experience that the Self is beyond the veil of the mind, and that we are in truth that very Self that we have glimpsed.

Through the alchemy of deep mindfulness and awareness the mind is pulled inside the Self and disappears or is extinguished by the realization that we are the Light of the World.

This is enlightenment.
