Consider the following

You are a Prince and Princess of the Sacred Heart

In your heart lies the treasure

The entire terma or buried treasure or sacred teachings of Padmasambhava and Yeshe Tsogyal, Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, Amitabha and Guan Yin or whoever you follow in your heart is the spiritual process

The foundation is faith will and courage to begin

You have that

Then you have the intention to free all beings

To offer yourself

“To the Tigress”

You have that

Then there is what you do simply, daily through the practice of loving kindness and compassion

And first you need to offer that to yourself

Embrace all the pain and suffering you have been through

And surrender it to Yeshe or Guan Yin or Divine Mother

She will receive it for you if you offer it truly with all your heart

Then you were born

You were connected with your own birth mother

So you need to meditate on breathing in the central channel

For me I use Kriya practice

To circulate energy

To clear karma

To allow pure perception to arise

To be introduced to the mother and child clear Light

This is an actual experience

It arrives like a flash of lightning in the dark and sweeps away all delusion

There can be no doubt any more

Within that Light various things occur

Deities manifest

Awareness holders confer Bliss and empowerments

Visions arise

Gifts manifest

The Lotus Born in whatever form, Buddha, Yeshua, Krishna, Thoth, arises to teach you

The Domain of Emptiness and Meditative Stability and Wisdom and Clarity free you from rebirth.

You shelter in the Supreme Kindness of the Lama or Teacher or Inner Guru

And you practice

You carry the golden flame of enlightenment within you.

Let it shine.

This is the mantra of the Heart Sutra, the Prajnaparamita Sutra, the Sutra of the Blessed Mother.

ག༌ཏེ༌ག༌ཏེ༌པཱ༌ར༌ག༌ཏེ༌པཱ༌ར༌སཾ༌ག༌ཏེ༌བོ༌དྷི༌སྭཱ༌ཧཱ།

Gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi swāhā

Go beyond your self, go beyond what you know, go beyond the breath, empty yourself, bathe yourself in Divinity.
