THE TERMA OF ALTAIR SON OF LOTUS-BORN GUAN YIN

Last night I had a dream.

I was praying and meditating with Princess Mandarava in the 8th century in the western gardens of Her Palace in the kingdom of Zahor.

My name was Palmo Shonu and I was a young girl of 16.

I was an adept in Saraswati Jyotish astrology.

She told me about my future life as Sakya Pema in the 13th century, Jyotish astrologer and adviser, in the service of Sakya Pandita, who could be called the First Dalai Lama.

We were praying together प्रिय OM Priya OM or sweet joyous Beloved Divine One.

It was an extremely auspicious dream given what I was guided to write below, a terma or revelation of the consciousness of Altair, my Higher Self, with the purpose of assisting us all to surrender our self into the eternal, unchanging true Seer that is the True Self, the light of infinite Awareness.

I have thought over this past week while my wife and I have been retreating (and taking our daughter Maia for her first trip to Disneyland) what would it be like if we were to all share our personal terma (or revelation) of our consciousness over time and space and dimensions with the purpose of assisting us to understand each other better and bring unity and love into each others lives in a deeper and more profound way.

In deepest humility therefore I gift to you the Terma or Revelation of Altair which I hope and trust may connect you ever more deeply to the One Love in All Our Hearts.

HEREIN IS WRITTEN A CHAPTER FROM THE BOOK OF LOVE

IT USES THE EXAMPLE OF ALTAIR SHOWING THE TIME AND PLACE OR MASTER CONNECTION OF THE INCARNATION AS WELL AS SOME LIVES, CONSCIOUSNESSES* AND DIMENSIONS THAT ALTAIR EXPERIENCES DIRECTLY IN THE REAWAKENING OF LOVE AND COMPASSION AND WISDOM IN ALL HEARTS

These are experienced as a continuum so in that sense there is no “past life” or “future life” as the wisdom is experienced in the NOW.

“Dearest Beloved One in the Pure Light

We are asked so often about past and future lives.

Past lives are like dreams.

They bring wisdom to us.

Then we let them go.

What is shared with you below are some of the lives experienced only so that you may find wisdom in them and perhaps they in turn may trigger some remembrance in you.

When you look at your past lives consider them as a continuum of wisdom, much as you would look at your memories of say significant signs on your spiritual walk in this life.

Consider the following.

If we were to write a terma, a sacred text of our lives to give to our children and generations to follow, what wisdom would it contain?

This is only an excerpt of the wisdom, put into places and Masters that the consciousness we call Altair learned from, then the name, then the wisdom, then a few details.

It is fortunate when we remember and it is very simple to do so.

Trust the heart.

The secret lies in the Sacred Heart.

All is revealed when the Heart is still and Knows God.

As Altair you remain unwavering in your true nature at the centre of Her Heart

Indivisible from Her until the heart of enlightenment is realized.

Respectfully I bow to Divine Mother within to encounter my own true nature.

TIMELESS LIVES

In the timelessness of Daenkus the consciousness of Altair is HRIH – Wisdom of Light Language – the name – as it is a collective consciousness – is similar to the Light Syllable HRIH in Tibetan and sounds like a high pitched whistle – the Light Dolphin Isle of the Pleiades – Altair retains the ability to call and communicate with brother and sister dolphins and the star craft and Light Beings of the Pleiadean Light Isles. Dolphins and Star Craft like this have been called just once in this life as Stephen-Altair when living in New Zealand.

PAST LIVES

In the time of Atlantis – Shah Nu Hrih Daya – Wisdom of the Great Mother Ocean – Harvester of the Sea Light – from dolphin light form to dolphin and ocean wayfarer harvesting sea plankton from the Light Ponds of Atlantis. Stephen-Altair was granted this vision just once when in trance with Denise Linn. In the vision he was able to visit and travel with many of you through the Light Pods and Light Hemispheres of Atlantis Civilization. As a Naga, Altair was not privy to the decline of Atlantis and traveled to Egypt at the dawn of that civilization. (See NOTE on Atlantis below)

In the time of Krishna – Pushya – Wisdom of Kundalini  – Naga Serpent of Wisdom of Sanat Kumara – manifested at Kurama Dera – The ability to call and communicate with brother and sister snakes and dragons has manifested a number of times in this life including speaking with a female White Snake – Pushya’s meaning is the stars of the two donkeys who were feeding in the manger where Yeshua lay and links to Mary, midwife in the time of Yeshua – the Flower of Nourishment – Stephen-Altair met with Krishna just once, in this life, in Krishnamurti’s house, when he lived in Varanasi, India

In the time of Moses – Asiya* – Wisdom of Devotion – complete vision of the life and death of Asiya, while under the guidance and teachings of Lady Nada in the Judaean Desert rituals

In the time of Buddha – Mahaprajnaparamita Sakya- Wisdom of Compassion – Meeting with Buddha and Manjushri on the road to Sarnath as one of the five hundred bhiksuni – devotee of Mahapajapati Gotami, sister of Queen Maya of Sakya, birth mother of Gautama Buddha. Stephen-Altair met with the Buddha just once, in this life, on the road to Sarnath, when he lived in India

In the time of Yeshua – Mary Mother of James the Lesser and Moses – Wisdom of Light Conception – midwife at the birth of Yeshua, traveled to India with Yeshua and Mary Magdalene – Stephen-Altair has met with Yeshua just once, in this life, when gifted with the remembrance of the power in His Name to cast out demons as a teenager

In the time of Merlin – M.E. (an alchemical name made up of two symbols) – Wisdom of the Ambrosia Light – son of the Leader of the Merlin Source group – alchemist and half brother to Galahad and Ambrosia – Stephen-Altair was called Merlin, mistakenly, as Altair was not the Grail Source Group Leader, all over USA and Canada by people who experienced the Jyotish or Light readings he did for some thousand or more souls, simply because they believed in miracles and they happened. (See NOTE on Grail below)

In the time of Padmasambhava – Palmo Shonu  – Wisdom of Saraswati – Princess Mandarava’s astrologer, Mingpo Dawa Lineage – Saraswati astrology – Stephen-Altair has had a natural ability with many forms of astrology and the stars since birth. A famous astrologer met Stephen-Altair when he was just thirteen and predicted he would meet many famous people and work with them through the Light of the Stars.

In the time of Kukai – A-chan and Ren – Wisdom of the Dhyani Buddhas – Sumire (Stephen’s wife in this life) and Altair were monk and nun (married) at the monastery of Kechienji (the temple we live beside now in this life) with a series of six lodging houses for visiting pilgrims  – Altair’s name was ‘A’ or AH-chan (also his favorite Japanese name to this day) which is the Light Seed Syllable of Shingon Tantric Practice and Sumire’s was Ren or Lotus. The family name was Shiratori or Swan. They did Bodhisattva social work as bidden by their Masters Kukai and Gyoki Bosatsu and they “met and taught in streets and intersections” “teaching and transforming sentient beings” “endowed with wonder working power and miraculous transformations” and “learned in varieties of song, dance, music and narratives”. (In this life, Sumire began chanting Ek Ong Kar as a baby and Stephen-Altair was guided first to study Shingon Buddhism at a Zen monastery on Shikoku where Kukai was born then at Koya-san where Kukai established the Diamond Realm Monastery and then to live beside a Shingon Monastery, all experiences he had done before with Kukai and Gyoki)

In the time of Huang Po – Lung Wang Nu  – Wisdom of the Pearl of Light – Long Po or Dragon Daughter, acolyte of Avalokiteshvara – studied under National Teacher Zhong and Master Huang Po at Tiantai Shan – Stephen-Altair studied Zen at University and had a vision of TianTai Shan and told his Master Manying Ip at the time who advised him to go and study there because of this past life when he was deeply influenced by the Great Taoist Master Chuang Tzu – The Pearl of Light was manifested for him from the statue of Guan Yin when he prayed in front of it and confirmed by jewelers to be deep sea ocean pearl

In the time of Maui – Takitimu – Wisdom of the Light of the Star Family – A Wayfarer learning the Light of the Stars through navigation on the Great Ocean between what snow known as Hawaii, Tahiti and New Zealand exploring the Land of Mu. In this life Stephen-Altair has sailed solo and been on yachts since a small boy having lived by the ocean all his life.

In the time of Sakya Pandita – Sakya Pema – Wisdom of the Goddess – prior to the first Dalai Lama – serving as Tibetan astrological adviser to Sakya Pandita, at the request of the Protectress of Tibet, Goddess Palden Lhamo, Friend of Our Mother Guan Yin

In the time of 16th century Raj in Northern India – Pandit – Wisdom of the Light of Divine Consorts – devotee of Saraswati – visit by Krishna in Krishnamurti’s house in India gave Stephen-Altair this past life as well as ancient scroll of Saraswati and Bhagavad Gita and the exact description of the three significant relationships he would have.

In the time of the Fifth Dalai Lama – Sakya Pema* – Wisdom of the Light of Vision – visionary nun also by the name of Sakya Pema 

In the time of St Germain – A – Wisdom of the Violet Flame and the Three Fold Flame – Stephen-Altair studied under Saint Germain and Master R in this life through the Mystery School BOTA and Masters Paul Foster Case and Ann Davies

Most recent past life – Wisdom of the Great Perfection – When Stephen-Altair was two years old he had a dream lasting a year, that revealed to him his past life with the Dalai Lama. He died falling off a bridge into a ‘chasm’ in 1959, after His Holiness had escaped Tibet. He was defending the bridge across the river Tsangpo to the Samye monastery, the monastery he loved, against the Chinese forces. The Samye monastery was established by Padmasambhava and it was with Yeshe Tsogyal, Princesss Mandarava, Guru Rinpoche Padmasambhava, Jamyang Khyentse, Dilgo Khyentse and Sogyal Rinpoche that Altair took formal initiations and empowerments into Dzogchen (Great Perfection) and Nyingma (ancient teachings of ‘hidden treasures’) also as Stephen-Altair did many years ago in this life.

CURRENT LIFE – Stephen-Altair Shyam – Wisdom of the Pure Light of Being

FUTURE LIVES

Immediately following this incarnation the consciousness of Altair will reside in the Pure Land of Mt. Potalaka with Guan Yin, Abhirati with Akshobhya and Shambhala with Kalki (Vishnu) and the 25 rulers of the Shambhala Kingdom from the Kalachakra tradition (Padma will be the consort of the avatar, as written in the Kalki Purana. The beloved of Kalki who is an incarnation of Lakshmi lives at The Lion City.)

Following this the consciousness of Altar will reside with Yogananda in Hiranyaloka and with Sri Yukteswar and with Krishna, Babaji, Buddha, Yeshua and Mary Magdalene in the Loka astral and causal world systems.

This ability to travel between worlds is cultivated as a result of practicing passing on earth beyond the state of sabikalpa samadhi into the higher state of nirbikalpa samadhi (the rainbow body state in the process of transition from this world). In sabikalpa samadhi the devotee has attained realization of their oneness with Spirit but cannot maintain this cosmic consciousness except in deep meditative state. By continuous meditation they reach the superior state of nirbikalpa samadhi, in which they may move freely in the world without any loss of God-perception.  In nirbikalpa samadhi the yogi dissolves the last vestiges of material or earthly karma. Nevertheless, they may still have certain astral and causal karma to work out, and therefore take astral and then causal re-embodiments on high-vibrational spheres and dimensions.

Following this the consciousness of Altair will reside with Maitreya in Ketumati Pure Land to bring back the timeless teachings to this plane in what is currently called Varanasi.

The Lord replied, ‘Maitreya, the best of men, will then leave the Tuṣita heavens, and go for his last rebirth. As soon as he is born he will walk seven steps forward, and where he puts down his feet a jewel or a lotus will spring up. He will raise his eyes to the ten directions, and will speak these words: “This is my last birth. There will be no rebirth after this one. Never will I come back here, but, all pure, I shall win Nirvana.”

NOTE ON CHRONOLOGY AND LINEAR TIME

If you are interested in a rough chronology of when and how this evolved it is quite helpful in some respects to see the links between the events of certain consciousnesses evolving using Altair as an example.

Daenkus is not so much a “when” as a presence. It occurs in the past present and future which one might liken to the wings of an angel. Ever present and eternally “informing” each incarnation with the consciousness of Altair which at heart is the vibration HRIH of the wisdom of love and compassion it links to each and every incarnation through the Sacred Breath and Light of One.

The Atlantis incarnation as Shah was roughly 10,000 BC. With Krishna as Pushya around 3200 BC. The others are with with Moses 1420 BC, with Buddha 580 BC, with Yeshua’s Mother Mary 33 BC , with Merlin 550 AD, with Padmasambhava 775, with Kukai 810, with Huang Po 840, with Maui 900, with Sakya Pandita 1244, as Raj of Northern India 1550, with The Fifth Dalai Lama 1650, with Saint Germain 1750, in the previous life 1929, future incarnations in 2350 with Yogananda and 2490 with Maitreya.

The links themselves are so very simple.

In Daenkus Light form we are in very close connection with Bodhisattvas Archangels and Elders.

Being a world where the Great Ocean of Divine Mother is so very close as we dwell in the Oceans of Light I can give you an analogy that Maia gave me in the bath. She was playing with a jug in the bath, and turned it UPSIDE DOWN, submerged it and filled it with water then raised it out of the bath so the water was still ONE and connected and said “Babu” which is her word for Buddha.

I understood what she meant. We are always part of Divine Mother’s Ocean but our glass is often upright and so we can see Her but it feels as if there is a veil preventing us from being in Her Light all the time. If we submerge ourselves in Her Ocean through deep meditation and instead of bringing our glass upright again, if we ascend UPSIDE DOWN (like the Suspended Man or Woman in Tarot Key 12) then we keep connected to Her even as we go about our daily activities in the world. To “be in the world yet not of it”. Empty your self, surrender and allow the Light, the Water of Divine Mother’s Ocean to enter. Try it in the bath with a glass or jug and you will FEEL what I mean. (This is a very well known law of physics to do with atmospheric pressure.)

THE TRUE MEANING OF ATLANTIS

So coming to this world we are, like Daenkus Light Beings, very awake and so emerge with the Wisdom of Light wishing not to repeat the crises of technology we have witnessed before on other worlds. We come to Gaia knowing the interconnectedness of nature, that our actions in any part of this system affect the whole.

Any tampering with genetic systems or artificial intelligence will inevitably lead to destruction and that is a lesson we have learned many times over.

That is the true meaning of Atlantis, that we have woven into our collective consciousness many “island” civilizations that have the opportunity to live in the Spirit of Earth Angels with simplicity, love, kindness and compassion and instead corrupt themselves with desire and greed.

So it is not where or when Atlantis is that is important but what the wisdom has taught us.

To bring greater understanding and unity, deeper love and joy, is where we are all moving to.

THE GRAIL AND THE BOOK OF LOVE

So it is with the Grail.

The Archangels Bodhisattvas and Elders have been with this planet since it began as many of us have due to our chosen service.

We have placed terma, hidden treasures, like the Grail and sacred scriptures into the planet and our hearts which is accessible through the planetary and our collective and individual consciousness.

This information is the Grail, the Book of Love, and many other names it is known by. It means to awaken the mind and heart to full knowledge of the nature of the Source and its evolving consciousness in us.

This consciousness is encoded in so many ways including within crystals, sounds, stones, water and Light sources and so on.

Those of us who are attuned to and in many cases were members of Source soul groups who placed these treasures so that they could be found when needed are working together now to bring this information energy and consciousness to all beings on this planet now.

UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS, PAST LIVES AND THE ROUND TABLE

Let us consider the potential power of any group and let us explore what happens to that power under the influence of past lives.

If we were to take a group like the Round Table, and there are many such groups, recognizing their similarities, forming in the Light using the power of current technology, in this point in time using technologies like FaceBook, Skype and Zoom, we first of all understand that the intent of all such groups is unity consciousness and liberation.

If we in turn were to come along to such a group and state that such and such a person is Galahad, and another Lancelot and another the Lady of the Lake and its Leader Merlin, what does that do to the unity of the group?

The Round Table is a gathering of equality where we are all equal in the Family of the Soul.

It is a doorway to the Light via our collective consciousness.

“Where two or three gather in my name, there I AM” as Yeshua said (Matthew 18:20)

The story of the Round Table is a story of Alchemy and Tantra or Union.

It is real and at the core of the Grail, the Book of Love, the Bodhisattva and Archangelic traditions.

We as a soul group gather because we have been part of this since the beginning of times, through all alchemic temples, from the Babylonian to the Egyptian.

We assemble in physical reality as we do symbolically and energetically.

When we assemble and unify we open portals into other dimensions.

By forming Round Tables in their many names we allow new frequencies and consciousness to come into Gaia and transform the collective.

The real purpose as we all know is to link together the portals within ourselves with their different frequencies and consciousness to open the portal into timelessness, infinite knowledge, love and wisdom.

Our energy in its turn calls out to all those who are ready to evolve and learn.

As the Dalai Lama said to me, go out and teach 100 people and tell them to teach 100 more.

That is how we will do it.

The Round Table is not exclusive to Merlin’s Source Soul Group.

Thoth built the Round Table to teach Alchemic Wisdom.

“Before the (Seven) Lords of hidden Amenti learned I the wisdom I give unto people” (Emerald Tablet 3, The Key of Wisdom)

The Ark of the Covenant, the top of which means “Mercy Seat” or to sit in God’s Presence is a place to gather in God’s Presence.

Moses, which in Egyptian means “to draw out” was a Source Messenger like Thoth, drawing out God’s Presence from within those he met.

The Nazarene Essenes (such as in the Temple on Mount Carmel) who were with the Christ Source Group rebuilt and initiated the Round Table for that time.

“What was said through the Prophets was fulfilled, that He would be called Nazarene” (Matthew 2:23)

We are all well aware of the gathering at the Last Supper.

It is no coincidence symbolically that there are 12 disciples and Yeshua mentioned at the Last Supper

(Peter, Andrew, James, John, Mathew, Philip, Thomas, Bartholomew, James, Judas, Jude, and Simon)

and 12 knights and Arthur listed at the Round Table.

(Lancelot, Gawain, Geraint, Percival, Bors the Younger, Lamorak, Kay, Gareth, Bedivere, Gaheris, Galahad, Tristan)

The true story of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene was never told because of the governing authorities fear of the power of love and unity.

If we all have the power of the Christ Buddha Krishna and Divine Mother within us, what need do we have of churches, temples and shrines.

They all exist in Our Sacred Shared Heart.

Therein lies the value of past lives.

When all is accounted for and we are sitting at the round table ready to activate our collective awakening, it is at that moment of deepest Presence when we liberate this world as we will liberate all worlds.

At that moment can we bring the continuum of our lives into focus with full intention? Can we take our place, activate the symbol, sounds and light rays of our home to help the flow of energy consciousness and information ease the Planetary Rainbow Light Body into full knowing?

PRACTICE

Visualize yourself at the Round Table of Gaia about to hand it the Key of Wisdom.

You sit in the Seat of God-Presence and around the remaining seats in the table are the 7 Lords of Amenti or the 9 Elders or the 10 Archangels of the Tree of Life or the 5 Dhyani Buddhas or your own Masters and Light Beings.

You are to offer along with them a symbol of the healing you bring to the planet Gaia.

A simple symbol.

It could represent an element like Earth or Fire.

It could be a state like timelessness or love.

Mine for example is HRIH

The wisdom of compassion of Guan Yin

Imagine the symbol transforms into the deity within you (Guan Yin or another), Light from your Sacred Heart draws in all of the Bodhisattvas, Archangels or Elders, from all directions.

You make offerings of deep gratitude to all Christs, Krishnas, Buddhas, Divine Mothers who gather with you.

You ask that all the alchemical or tantric symbols of union including yours are placed in specific places in the Circle of Light that is Gaia’s circumference, lit in sacred places like Glastonbury and Giza and many others.

All members of this Soul Group carry sacred sounds or invocations that call forth the light.

The grail crystals (the crystals encoded by us and planted at sacred locations throughout Gaia), terma (sacred scriptures and texts) and chintamani stones (wish-fulfilling jewels) are placed in the centre of the earth and the activation begins.

It opens the portal and all those who are ready begin to listen to the song of our sacred heart.

In my own past lives continuum Yogananda in this life showed me the links between all my lives and Babaji Buddha Christ Krishna and Divine Mother and through those lives I have “trained and studied” as the Dalai Lama guides me to do every time I meet him in the Simple Sacred Breath of Presence and Love and Compassion.

That is wisdom.

That is Wisdom of the One Light and the One Love.

THE WISDOM OF ONE SHARED HEART

All the great saints and sages, Masters, gurus and angels speak with the same One Heart.

Pray single-mindedly with faith and devotion to the enlightened form of the Christs, Buddhas, Krishnas and Divine Mothers within you. 

Obtain the empowerment of immortality through the sacred breath you breathe.

Liberate from birth and death through mindful heartful practice, breathing, breathing, walking, walking.

Make enlightened connections in this world and all worlds through the Divine Romance.

We will become endowed with the noble enlightened qualities of the Christs, Buddhas, Krishnas and Divine Mothers.

We will be led to the realm of the Pure Light of Being.

We will mingle indivisibly in the space, the Ocean of the Great Mother.

We carry this sacred flame of enlightenment, the miracle of the inner fire of bliss, within us.

Let it shine.

This is the mantra of the Heart Sutra, the Prajnaparamita Sutra, the Sutra of the Blessed Mother.

ག༌ཏེ༌ག༌ཏེ༌པཱ༌ར༌ག༌ཏེ༌པཱ༌ར༌སཾ༌ག༌ཏེ༌བོ༌དྷི༌སྭཱ༌ཧཱ།

Gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi swāhā

Go beyond your self, go beyond what you know, go beyond the breath, empty yourself, bathe yourself in the miracle of the fire and bliss of Divine Love and Light within you.

THE DIVINE ROMANCE

We are all looking for God, Source, Divine Love, The One Shared Heart, Beyond Nirvana and the many names that the formless is known by.

Seek the Eternal Love of the God Self Within. In that Love is everlasting freedom, endless joy and immortality.

Below, I will share some of the practices of the masters I have followed that reveal that Eternal Love and have given the exact results above as described in sacred texts and scriptures, from the Rainbow Body to the Pure Light of Being to the Descent of the Holy Spirit into the Body.

These are all paths you know, and I am only reminding you, of the wisdom that is in Our Shared Heart, and that we have spoken of together over many lifetimes and in many Pure Lands.

DIVINE UNION OR TANTRA PRACTICE

To begin, if you wish, I can share with you my thoughts on Tantra or Divine Union in meditation.

The best meditations I have experienced in deep Divine Union are through the Dalai Lama and the Kalachakra Tantra.

So I have a question for you.

If you consider deep union within you, which two Deities would symbolize the male within and which the female?

Which of the Buddhas or Christs and which of the Divine Mothers to be specific?

Please bear in mind that the following notes are just a short piece of the song of my heart so in that sense are very editable and changeable and can be adapted to suit your own personal preference and melody.

TANTRA MEDITATION IN PRACTICE

Let’s look deeper at the profound practice of tantra, which means divine union, in particular Higher Yoga Tantra, from the simple perspective of meditation and mindfulness.

PRACTICE  1 – THE BODHISATTVA SIX SESSION YOGA

To begin you need to adopt the altruistic purity of a Bodhisattva.

A simple practice you can adopt daily, three times a day, is “six session yoga”.

To begin you offer your practice for the benefit of all sentient beings.

I use the version I was guided to use by Guan Yin/Avalokiteshvara/Chenrezig through the Dalai Lama when I took the rite of initiation into Kalachakra Tantra.

Please feel free to adopt or adapt it for your own use. We are all on an exploration of the path of pathlessness together.

“From my Heart I go for refuge to the Three Jewels, the Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, Christ, Krishna, Divine Mother.

I will release all sentient beings from pain, and set all in final bliss.

To do that I will generate an altruistic intention to attain perfect enlightenment, and thereupon will train in the learnings of Bodhisattvas, Archangels and Elders.”

Practice this until you know it by Heart and let the words and vibrations absorb into your True Self. 

DEITY YOGA

Secondly you practice Deity Yoga mediation.

There are many forms and again I use the version I was guided to use by Guan Yin/Avalokiteshvara/Chenrezig through the Dalai Lama when I took the rite of initiation into Kalachakra Tantra.

Please feel free to adopt or adapt it for your own use.

Basically Highest Yoga Tantra seeks to manifest the mind of clear light. 

I can confirm these techniques work, as after a year of devoted practice I experienced the pure light of being directly and remained in a state of Bliss and emptiness for three days.

I am going to share with you a simple meditation technique from the initiation ritual. Highest Yoga Tantra involves a great deal of ritual and daily practice.

The Deity Yoga meditation involves activating the bliss of inner fire lit in the inner spine and using that blissful power to withdraw the grosser levels of consciousness so you are left with the subtlest levels of mind and heart.

The technique that Babaji taught is identical to the Heart Practice of the Six Yogas of Naropa, which is also called Tantra of the Inner Fire.

PRACTICE 2 – THE SACRED BREATH

To work with these energies requires an intimate knowledge of the Sacred Breath, or deep awareness of how the breath and the mind interact.

The simplest version, which is also the basis of Mahamudra, is Thich Nhat Hanh’s beautiful rhythm of life.

“Breathing in, I am aware I am breathing in, Breathing out, I am aware I am breathing out”

Practice this until your breath and mind and heart are at peace and in union.

PRACTICE 3 – CALMING THE MIND

This is called settling the mind or calming the mind or shamatha in Mahamudra practice.

Allow your mind to be free, still and calm.

“Be Still and Know God” (Psalm 46:10)

Even at this stage with deep practice the light of perfect wisdom can dawn.

Shamatha stillness or the samadhi of shamatha can arise.

As you go deeper, vipassana or insight arises and the mind dissolves. 

Nothing is found and there is great emptiness free from all limitations or activity.

The essence of mind is dharmata or utter emptiness like space.

In the beginning you will have glimpses of this stillness and space.

That is quite sufficient so long as you keep practicing!

PRACTICE 4 – KRIYA YOGA

When you are at peace, begin to work mindfully with the inner fire energies.

The simplest practice is one I have described often, that of using the AWE and EEE sounds to activate the Tantra of the Inner Fire.

In the center of your body imagine a straight erect central channel like a hollow tube of Light.

At the lower end below the navel is a white radiant luminous Light which is the pure nature of awareness.

In the space above your head imagine your spiritual mentor, whoever that may be, Yeshua or Guan Yin or another.

Using the sacred breath draw the white radiance upwards while making the sound HAU like the English word “awe” with all your inner power. 

Some disciplines use the word KA and others OM or HONG or AH.

The white radiance of your inner being will automatically be drawn up the central channel.

When it reaches the embrace of your spiritual mentor imagine it descending down again until it comes to rest at the base of the spine using the sound EEE.

Some disciplines use the same word ascending and descending.

Trust your heart and follow your spiritual mentor’s guidance.

You will soon experience a movement of energies in the inner spine.

This can be subtle like a scratching or itching in different parts of the body or an upheaval where a rush of energies is experienced in the inner spine, on one side of the body or the other, hot flushes, tears, and other emotional movements. 

There is none better than the other.

They are all manifestations of the One Heart and One Love of the Divine Within.

PRACTICE 5 – DEITY YOGA VISUALIZATION

When the energies are stabilized in the inner spine, visualize the five Buddhas and the five Mothers in union at the various chakra centers in the body.

This may take some practice.

It helps to begin with one Divine Couple such as Akshobhya with Prajnaparamita or Amitabha with Pandara or Vairochana with Tara, Amoghasiddhi with Lochana, and Ratnasambhava with Mamaki.

You may wish to experiment with Yeshua and Mary Magdalene for example or Amitabha and Guan Yin…

Only do this when you have mastered the five Divine Consorts in union.

Something remarkable happens in this practice.

The Buddhas and Mothers will arise within you.

They will actually appear to you as real as your best friends and family do.

It is nothing less than extraordinary and an experience I can say is one of the many great miracles in my life I am deeply and humbly grateful for.

It does take time and regular practice and devotion. 

So I will say it again…

DIVINE UNION OF TANTRA NOTES

Please study this and practice and ask me any details whatsoever.

Before you begin any session start with prayers and offerings and respect and deepest gratitude to your masters, gurus, Angels, saints, family, light family, and all living beings.

The practice of divine union with for example Amitabha and Pandara does take practice.

You establish deep grounding through their union within you and then work with the energies with deeper devotion and love and kindness as they arrive.

I will include a second more detailed explanation of this aspect of the practice as it is of utmost importance that you establish stabilization in the calming and peace of mind (shamatha) in order to be able to work with the Deities in divine union with clarity.

It is often easier to start with the male and female energies of One Divine Couple within at the heart chakra to begin with and then move down to the navel chakra and let the power of this union form and move of its own accord.

Looking at their pictures or statues or developing deep feeling of their qualities or hearing their voices Within is most helpful depending on what is easier for you.

Work to establish deep calm powerful clear visualization of the light of Divine Union within you in whatever way feels natural.

TANTRA PRACTICE PART 2

Once the process above becomes natural (for me it is almost like breathing so it needs to become “ingrained” like a golden thread woven through the divine tapestry of your heart) then you can begin to work with the deities and their divine consorts as they arise in your heart and vision…

Here is the pattern or mandala I use

At the ajna chakra or third eye is Ratnasambhava wtih Mamaki and the seed syllable or Light syllable OM

At the throat chakra is Amitabha wtih Panadara (or Pandaravasini) and the seed syllable AH

At the heart chakra is Vairochana with Tara and the seed syllable HUM (pronounced HUNG)

At the navel chakra is Amoghasiddhi with Lochana and the seed syllable HOH

At the base or secret parts chakra is Akshobhya with Prajnaparamita and the seed syllable KSHAH (pronounced SHAH)

So Part 2 is to establish clear vision or sound or feeling of the deities in union at the chakra points 

They will at some point melt into the central channel, dissolve into emptiness and disappear.

However to begin you need to stabilise visualization so that you can see them clearly.

That is why most people find it helpful to begin with the deity they are most attracted to (Buddha or Mother) and then add the consort.

Once they are able to feel or see or hear clearly the energies arise with spontaneous presence then they can add the next divine couple and so on.

It is for you to find the path and walk it.

These are merely suggestions and guidance in our Heart of Shared Wisdom.

Some people because of their affinity to different Light Families prefer to begin with Yeshua and Mary Magdalene.

In this context they may be more comfortable using the Archangels.

Auriel at the base chakra, Gabriel at the navel chakra, Yeshua with Mary Magdalene as the Divine Consorts in Union at the heart chakra, Raphael at the throat chakra, Michael at the Ajna chakra or third eye.

The key is focus and intention, stability and ground.

So make your bed and lie in it.

Do not chop and change.

You need to work with the energies and practice for a consistently long period of time to develop and feel the benefits.

TANTRA PRACTICE PART 3 

Diamond Consciousness

When I first started writing this and got up to the part about people using the Archangels there was a flash of light.

So I trust the gifts of our hearts and that everyone will follow the path of pathlessness as they see fit guided by the Guru Within.

Then when I reached this point about Vajrasattva and Diamond Consciousness there was a flash of blue Light 

So I trust the Masters are with us and within us. 

This has happened over many years whenever there is a deep truth connection such as through the Vajra or Diamond Consciousness. The Blue Light manifests in direct response immediately as a communication from Our Light Family.

Once the energies and consciousness are stabilized at the chakras and clear light dawns, then the true nature of diamond consciousness awakens.

This is the consciousness of someone who is a diamond cutting through illusion.

So when you have stabilized the practices in part 2 above try the following. 

At the crown chakra visualize Vajradhara/Vajrasattva wtih Vajradhatu Ishvari (Samantabhadri) and the seed syllable or Light syllable HAM

TANTRA PRACTICE PART 4

When you have stabilized the practices in part 3 above try the following.

Using the Babaji breath cycle through the divine couples as follows

In the center of your body imagine a straight erect central channel like a hollow tube of Light.

At the lower end below the navel is a white radiant luminous Light which is the pure nature of awareness.

In the space above your head imagine your spiritual mentor, whoever that may be, Yeshua or Guan Yin or another.

Using the sacred breath draw the white radiance upwards while making the sound HAU like the English word “awe” with all your inner power. 

The white radiance of your inner being will automatically be drawn up the central channel.

This time when it reaches the embrace of the divine couple Ratnasambhava wtih Mamaki and the seed syllable or Light syllable OM at the third eye ajna chakra imagine it descending down again until it comes to rest at the base of the spine using the sound EEE.

Repeat this ascending to the divine couple Amitabha wtih Panadara (or Pandaravasini) and the Light seed syllable AH at the Throat chakra.

Repeat this at the Heart chakra with the next divine couple.

Then the Navel chakra

Then the Crown chakra

Then the Secret parts or base chakra

TANTRA PRACTICE PART 5

Now you are going to work with the two primary consorts, the ones you chose in the beginning.

For me it was Guan Yin and Metatron.

When I did the Kalachakra Tantra, I discovered that the practice of the pure light of being also follows a similar path to all Divine Romances.

I will describe to you what happened.

I was drawn into the mouth of Metatron, passed through His body and into the womb of Guan Yin and melted into a drop that dissolved into emptiness.

The seed syllable HRIH appeared and transformed into the symbol of the pearl I received from Guan Yin, which transformed into Guan Yin who was embraced by Metatron.

Guan Yin was drawn by Metatron into my body and I became Guan Yin.

Light from the Heart of Metatron drew in all male and female Christs, Krishnas, Buddhas and Divine Mothers from all directions, all bodhisattvas, archangels and elders.

Offering and deep gratitude was made to all Great Beings who were now nearby.

The Buddhas and Christs entered into absorption with their respective divine consorts, melting into ambrosia light that entered Metatron through the crown.

This ambrosia light passed through His body and emerged into the womb of the consort Guan Yin, anointing me, and as I emerged from the womb I was struck senseless and mindless by the pure indescribable Light of Being which hit like a lightning flash.

There was no more meditation or post-meditation.

I remained in that state for three days, dying to every moment, in a state of indescribable bliss.

All the great saints and sages, Masters, gurus and angels speak with the same One Heart.

Pray single-mindedly with faith and devotion to the enlightened form of the Christs, Buddhas and Divine Mothers within you. 

Obtain the empowerment of immortality through the sacred breath you breathe.

Liberate from birth and death through mindful heartful practice, breathing, breathing, walking, walking.

Make enlightened connections in this world and all worlds through the Divine Romance.

We will become endowed with the noble enlightened qualities of the Christs, Buddhas and Divine Mothers.

We will be led to the realm of the Pure Light of Being.

We will mingle indivisibly in the space of the Great Mother.

We carry this sacred flame of enlightenment, the miracle of the inner fire of bliss, within us.

Let it shine.

This is the mantra of the Heart Sutra, the Prajnaparamita Sutra, the Sutra of the Blessed Mother.

This morning as I sat to meditate the Rainbow Light of Vajrasattva arose within me. As I gave thanks the Light expanded into the Vast Luminous Light of Being.

These are experiences we all have in the One Shared Heart.

I will describe below what we can do together to cultivate them.

What we share here together is designed by us as a practical treasure for us all to keep, because we have all done this before, many times, in many lives.

It needs your input as you will see below.

And if you read to the end I honor your patience with deep humility as wisdom is always from the Shared Heart and nothing is of my doing.

Some days when I sit to meditate I am aware of so many energies in this vast infinite consciousness we call life and “I AM”.

Being open to All dimensions and realities, as you and I are, means touching so many experiences, some of them blissful and some of them challenging.

These are all manifestations of our radiant Self, both the experiences you label “positive” and those you label “negative” and All are opportunities to co-create the world.

Sometimes we face great challenges such as a loss of love, doubting ourselves, depression, losing faith in our path, conflicts with others, loss of health, loss of our possessions, loss of loved ones, perceiving what is happening around us in the world as negative, being attacked and so on.

Let us explore together how to embrace the Vajra or Diamond awareness as a simple path to embracing phenomena and events when they arise without identifying ourselves with them.

So how can we become the Diamond that cuts through illusion?

The first thing is to understand what power we have, at any given moment.

No matter what happens to us, we can smile in forgiveness, fill our minds with compassion, and our hearts with generosity, be courageous in any circumstance, have calm eyes full of love, even if no one knows of your smile, blossoming as a flower, knowing those who love you will see you while you travel through a thousand worlds of experience.

These worlds arise and pass away, just like our selves in those times.

As physicists say when they enter the world of atomic particles, our conceptualized world is an illusion.

It is empty of anything real.

Let us watch as objects arise within our consciousness and learn to transform and empty the mind which is Alchemy or Tantra in its essence, the Light of boundless Awareness.

In the simplest way we see this with other people who are all Buddhas.

If we look into their Hearts, which are just like ours, beyond the thin veil of the mind, we would love everyone totally just as we do ourselves.

Diamond or Vajra awareness is this vision of boundless awareness that encompasses all things that is experienced during the practice of crossing over with spontaneous Presence.

This is the principal method used on the path of Dzogchen, through which the rainbow light body is realised.

So let us look in continuing wisdom at how we can work together simply, in this pure pristine Diamond awareness.

When I was a child of 9 years old I was given a task to create a mural of St Paul’s Cathedral and I applied myself with deep focus. It took three days during which time I barely ate or drank and my mother had to come to the room she had set aside for me and force me to take sustenance and to sleep at appropriate times. I still remember the power of focus and intention that flowed through me. It was like a diamond, sharp, precise, definite. When I finished the mural was like a masterpiece to me, filled with the love and devotion of a small boy.

We all have experiences of truly being in the moment with people, other beings or an activity, being totally One with the world, with love, with the passion of the event.

This is the beginning of Diamond Awareness.

So here is the first exercise.

Choose something you are really passionate about.

It could be anything.

Reading a book or watching a movie, making music or art, meditating or hiking, eating out or making love.

Before you start reading for example, pause for about 3 seconds, be conscious and present and experiment.

Try visualizing yourself as Guan Yin reading for example.

Feel the kind of qualities she would embody rise within you.

Let Her Breath be yours.

Or do the same for Yeshua.

Or Isis.

Keep a diary.

Over the next three days record what happens deep inside you for the same activity. Be aware and fully present in those moments and see if you notice anything different about what happens to you by being fully aware and truly conscious of the flow of energy within you.

Here is another practice.

Consider the following.

As above so below.

We are made in the image of God.

If we devote the same amount of time to developing ‘sangha’ or communities of Light with Deity energies as we do on Facebook then an extraordinary network will manifest.

So every time you sit to go on Facebook gather the community of Light Beings, the deities, your Masters and beings from all worlds, gather them consciously before you begin.

Pause for three seconds, be grateful and fully conscious of their Presence.

Then begin and go online.

As above so below.

What you do here with Presence you will carry with you for all time and timelessness.

And one more.

When you are on the internet and you are about to connect with someone on Facebook, before you connect try bringing to mind for 3 seconds their true name. Honor it, be grateful for the connection across time, and then connect. In the time I was in the Merlin Source group, one’s true name was a source of great liberating power. My own name then was a secret, a spell, a nectar of immortality and has remained that way ever since. For the few that knew it, it was a portal to the Light as it was for me.

If you do not know someone’s true name ask them, and if you do not know your own name ask someone who is skilled in this knowing as they will always help you find it.

Portals to the Light like these are Paths of Intrinsic Radiance such as described in the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying and the Egyptian Book of the Dead which are effectively Books of the Most Profound Eastern and Western Alchemy (tantra).

At their Foundation is an understanding of dharmatā, ཆོས་ཉིད་, chö nyi in Tibetan, the All, the essence of things as they are.

Dharmata means the intrinsic nature of everything, the naked unconditioned truth or Night Turning Into Day, the clarity of the empty sky before dawn, a process that is described in both the Tibetan and Egyptian Book of the Dead.

It is a transition experienced in the process of death and it is also a process that can be practiced and experienced as I have discovered, in life.

Here are four simple practices for beginning mastery of dharmata.

1 – The Luminous Landscape of Light – in this phase you take on a body of light.

The flowing vibrant world of sound light and color opens fully to your awareness. Clear radiant and unlimited.

Beginning mastery of this practice means experimenting with the perceptions of colors that arise in the mind as elements and stabilizing them.

You could find that the violet flame arises and work with stabilizing that color throughout your practice.

For myself I have worked deeply with the element of space as blue light and I work with daily in meditation as it arises by going into the experience of the Blue Pearl as gifted to me by Mother Guan Yin.

As always these radiant manifestations of light have no separate existence from the nature of mind.

If you do not work to stabilize this, in the bardo of dharmata it will simply flash by you like a bolt of lightning.

2 – The Union with Deities – in this phase the mandalas of the peaceful and wrathful deities appear.

The luminous landscape of Light dissolves into union in the form of Christs, Krishnas, Buddhas, Divine Mothers.

In my experience when they arise it is blinding and dazzling and humbling, unfolding a vision that can be quite overwhelming.

Pillars of light stream out of you and them joining your heart with theirs.

All deities dissolve into you.

Again your practice aims to stabilize these experiences. 

Beginning mastery of this practice means experimenting with the perceptions of deities that arise in the mind as elements and stabilizing them.

You could find that Yeshua or Thoth or Mary Magdalene or Hathor arises and work with stabilizing their heart qualities throughout your practice.

For myself I have worked deeply with Mother Guan Yin in her various forms as Tara, Yeshe Tsogyal, Princess Mandarava, Vajrayogini, Prajnaparamita, Mother May, Mary Magdalene, Isis, Hathor…

3 – Wisdom – in this phase the deities dissolve into wisdom.

The Light in your heart manifests a Vision of Wisdom.

The various aspects of wisdom from all lives and all worlds reveals itself.

The brilliant display of light is the manifestation of all wisdoms.

The all-accomplishing wisdom is perfected at the time of enlightenment, when we become the Christ and the Buddha, the Divine Mother of All.

Beginning mastery of this practice means experimenting with the beauty of wisdom and compassion that arises in the form of interactions with every living being on this beautiful planet and how we deal with the thoughts and emotions that arise in the mind and work to stabilize them.

4 – Spontaneous Presence – all reality presents itself, like an open cloudless sky.

The limitlessness of our being is realized.

Every possibility we have encountered, every wisdom and liberation, confusion and rebirth over countless lives is seen and comprehended.

All past and future lives, knowledge of all realms of existence, all teachings awaken within you.

To recognize this is to self-liberate.

And we have an opportunity to do this, every day, in the simplest of ways, when we encounter another being who may not do things the way we hope or may even act unkindly, we can see their pasts and their futures and understand that all these experiences taking place are the natural radiance of Our Shared Heart and Mind.

This Portal of Spontaneous Presence of Radiant Light as many of us have seen in a near death presence or in deep rituals of alchemy or tantra such as the Kalachakra are the revealing of our own One True Self as Eckhart Tolle experienced.

In the Egyptian Book of the Dead or Emerging Forth Into the Light or Coming Forth Into Day Mystical Spell 17 and the Chapters on Transformation describe the methods of transforming oneself into the various deities such as Ptah and Thoth, Hathor and Sekhmet, just as in the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and all beings, including the divine hawk and the benu bird, and the divine lotus as well as describing the luminous landscape, wisdom and spontaneous presence.

“The Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, saith:- I am the holy lotus that cometh forth from the light which belongeth to the nostrils of Ra, and which belongeth to the head of Hathor. I have made my way, and I seek after him, that is to say, Horus. I am the pure lotus that cometh forth from the field [of Ra].”

The process and the wisdom and method of Tantra in the East and Alchemy in the West follows the same paths.

When I did the Kalachakra Tantra, I discovered that the practice of the pure light of being also follows a similar path.

Yeshua and St Paul describe this dying daily where every portal is a portal of ‘death’ meaning the death of the false self.

  1. John 3:30 He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less.
  2. Galatians 2:20-21 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”
  3. Corinthians 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily

4.   Ephesians 4:22-24 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put  off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

This same New Self, the True Self or Diamond or Vajra awareness is experienced by Padmasambhava as the natural liberation of mindfulness from the straight central channel also described in Kriya by Babaji and Yogananda.

When you read, please interpret with your own eyes and ears so that it makes sense to you and uplifts the wisdom in your own path into the Light and Love we all share in the One Heart.

Many people ask me, how is it you see these visions or why do these ascended masters visit you or how can you call star ships from other worlds or converse with dolphins, manifest pearls from the Heart of Guan Yin, see the future, know past lives, heal people or dream things into being?

And I say I know not, “For your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask Him” (Matthew 7, 8) and tell them Tolstoy’s story of The Three Hermits where the Bishop tries to teach three holy men how to pray The Lord’s Prayer correctly and when they forget and walk across water to ask him to forgive them and correct the error of their ways the Bishop says “Your own prayer will reach the Lord, People of God, it is not for me to teach you.”

So when I share, let your own ears listen and take what will benefit your own prayer most so that the Lord might hear us all more clearly. 

As many of you know I have been traveling in Japan, from the Pagoda of the Five Elements in Nikko to Guan Yin’s Sacred Rainbow Bridge, from the Thunder God’s peak at Mt. Hotaka into the Noble Warrior’s mountain range. 

I was gifted with visions twice of the Rainbow Bridge and then once from each of Dudjom Rinpoche who manifested Hayagriva (wrathful Heruka, the fiery form of Amitabha) and the Venerable Master of Masters Jamyang Khyentse who said 

“This marvelous and immaculate life, is rare as an Udumbara Flower, and like the sun and moon, it floods Jambudvipa with a blaze of Light”

One of the reasons Our Divine Father and Mother may wish me to receive these messages is simply because the path of Christ, Krishna, Buddha and Divine Mother I follow has its source in Babaji and His sister Mataji (through Krishna) who are also mahasiddhas revered in Tibetan Buddhism as well as Hinduism. The mahasiddha or Great Ones traditionally are the root teachers of Indian and Tibetan Tantra or Alchemy. Kriya Yoga that Babaji and Yogananda brought to the West that I was trained in is one of the three classes of Tantra taught in the Dzogchen and Nyingma traditions that I was also trained in. The Dalai Lama is also a teacher of these traditions. The other Masters I have received visions through are also part of these traditions and it is a great honor to receive Rainbow Visions at any time in my life from them. 

These visions in turn were gifts from Princess Mandarava, Pandaravasini, the divine consort of Amitabha, whose terma I have been absorbing and has left me in tears this week. It is Her Light that is activated in my Heart and that radiates through the power of these Masters. None of this is ‘my’ doing. In the moments of vision I am like the sky, empty, silent and boundless. 

Additionally Jamyang Khyentse instructed me in my previous life as a monk at Samye Monastery before I passed away in 1959 during the Chinese occupation. So it is only natural that He would reach out to me here. 

I was initiated many years ago into Dzogchen and Nyingma by Sogyal Rinpoche who was recognized by Jamyang Khyentse as a Terton (discoverer of Terma or hidden teachings) and the connection to me is therefore very obvious. Many Tertons use Twilight Language (a Light Language which is incomprehensible to anyone not destined to receive the hidden Alchemy or Tantra teachings) to transmit the secrets through symbols codes and sounds. Many of you already know how to use and receive these transmissions. 

Padmasambhava, Yeshe Tsogyal and Princess Mandarava are mahasiddhas in the Dzogchen and ancient Nyingma traditions. 

Princess Mandarava like Christ, Buddha and Krishna performed many miracles and left a record of her struggles and triumphs as an authentic historical Buddhist Master. 

Here is Her gift to us…

We are wisdom Buddhas. 

In absolute truth our fundamental nature is the supreme wisdom of emptiness.

We are the supreme consort of whoever we devote our hearts to, when we uphold that deity’s enlightened noble qualities.

By the blessings of Avalokiteshvara Guan Yin we will care for all beings as our own.

We will lead all beings to liberation.

The manifestations of the infinite One are inconceivable so in our turn we reveal them in whatever manner is necessary for an individual’s mind and karma.

We are the sons and daughters who reveal all these various paths.

As above, so below. 

And ultimately “above” and “below” are nonexistent and One. 

We are the basis of All That Is.

In the limitless expanse of space, loving kindness is expressed for all beings in all dimensions and on all worlds who have been our parents.

We care for all beings with equanimity, just as a mother protects her child.

We know how to stop, and listen deeply to our own hearts, so that we can eliminate at the root any negative thoughts and feelings so that they do not latch on to our physical body.

Our inner guru, awake in the crown of our head and in our heart, enables us to receive sacred breath, secret, wisdom and absolute empowerments.

We see the actual absolute perfect deity awakening within us.

In the channels and winds of the gross and subtle bodies we draw vital energies into the central energy channel through the sacred breath. 

The primordial wisdom fire blazes with clarity burning and merging chakras and elements into One.

Through the union of method and wisdom, sun and moon, the divine nectar, Amrita, descends.

Bliss and rapture are perfected.

We carry the sacred flame of enlightenment, the miracle of the inner fire of bliss, within us.

Let it shine.

This is the mantra of the Heart Sutra, the Prajnaparamita Sutra, the Sutra of the Blessed Mother.

ག༌ཏེ༌ག༌ཏེ༌པཱ༌ར༌ག༌ཏེ༌པཱ༌ར༌སཾ༌ག༌ཏེ༌བོ༌དྷི༌སྭཱ༌ཧཱ།

Gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi swāhā

Go beyond your self, go beyond what you know, go beyond the breath, empty yourself, bathe yourself in the miracle of the fire and bliss of Divine Love and Light.
