You are all within the higher frequencies of the shift taking place on Mother Gaia as She ascends and you ascend with Her.

There is much to be received in terms of activations, codes, sequences and frequencies from all manner of sources.

How do we determine what is best for our soul path?

There is an enormous amount of material available through the technology of our world.

How do we determine what is the deepest most sacred teaching for the starseed, empath and lightworker amongst us?

How does our Higher Self teach us and how do we listen in the most successful and effective way?

Motivation and attitude are the first keys to activating these higher frequencies which in turn inform your Higher Self.

When your motivation to reach the Higher Self is pure, to activate its enormous potential for the service and benefit of others, then you become whole, absorbing both the simple aspects of the new energies and the difficult, challenging ones which your expanding light brings.
The Light has a process, that expands with experience. Let your knowledge be both in what you read here AND also in what you experience, that you apply it in every moment. Draw on your personal experience. That is what your Higher Self is processing. You cannot reveal to others that which is hidden to yourself.

Enlightened speech is very important. Choose carefully how you speak and what you share in your writing so that your knowledge is supported by spiritual experience and the desire to benefit and free others from pain and suffering and fill them with your Divine Light and Love.

When you speak and write and teach from your Higher Self give great respect to what is being taught. Your Higher Self is the mother, or source of the light you pass on to listeners whether they be new souls on the path or enlightened buddhas.

Be watchful of pride or jealousy or criticism arising in your mind in the beautiful path of the Shared Heart. We are all walking this path together. The new embraces the old and the old embraces the new. We all need each others hand to hold us steady and balance our step.

Even if your sharing is venerated by the entire world by placing you on the crown of their head, always sit with humility and grace and kindness.

Be like the elements of earth, water, fire and wind. Seek first the understanding of others before the desire to be understood, and love all others before the desire to be loved above another.

THE DIVINE MIND AND THE DIVINE HEART.

These allow you to receive all into the Higher Self.

Within the Path of the Heart there is great diversity in teachings. The more diverse your experience of the Higher Self the deeper the conviction you will acquire and the more pure and powerful your teachings to others will become.

So make your practice, your learning, your understanding vast. Your Higher Heart will relate all you learn in your life to your Higher Self. The water of your experience can moisten the fresh enlightenment of Your Higher Self. When you act from your Higher Self, you feel a river move within you, Divine Joy. All of this is grounded in your warm, compassionate heart.
Then transformation is experienced. Deep, profound transformation, dedicated to the enlightenment of all beings.

Your spiritual teacher, the Higher Self, allows you then to see the relationship between many people’s different life experiences, and you will see what approach is the most suitable or effective for someone at a particular time, for what is treasured by them today may not be so recognizable tomorrow.
