THE WISDOM OF SHAMBHALA, THE ORIGINS OF ALCHEMY, THE GRAIL AND SIDDHA TRADITIONS
Shambhala བདེ་འབྱུང In Tibetan Buddhism and शम्भल in Hindu traditions or Śambhalaḥ, is also spelled Shambala or Shamballa or “Shambhallah”
Ten years ago my wife and I were walking across an ‘old gate’ on farmland near an isolated beach called ‘Whale Beach’ in the South Island of New Zealand when we were both transported to Shambhala. We were overcome, at the same instant, by golden waves, of such intensity that our hearts and minds were stilled, and we were able to perceive the exalted Light of Wisdom and Bliss that is Shambhala.
The power of the Light Language of Love, and Light symbols or mudra, to activate real wisdom and transformation is a wonderful path for unity and self realization. When I met my wife the intense love we felt awoke many past lives and connections including the rebirth of the Shambhala symbol and the Light Language within us. At that time we could speak a language no one else could understand. When we crossed the ‘old gate’ I was showing my wife the beauty of the divine sounds by drawing symbols in the air. These created portals. They shimmered in front of us. We both felt them. Then we spoke to them using Light Language. The Language of Love. The Light ‘feels’ like molten gold in some ways. The Light Language of Love activated the portals. We could walk through into Shambhala. She is convinced that I ‘activated them’ and that I ‘did it’ because it was so mind-blowing to her at the time. It was the Presence in us both that allowed us to ‘travel between worlds’ together. It is easiest to do with a partner from a space of deep love. You can also ask the Elders or Archangels to partner with you. Your entire world will shift.
As the Dalai Lama says, Shambhala’s 96 districts of Light, its Buddhas, rulers and Wisdom Beings are not ‘findable’ but only appear for those whose karma and merit have ripened or whose love has conjoined as Divine Consorts in the Great Bliss, in a similar way to what we experienced, visiting the Joyous Pure Land, the Sky Territories, the Blissful Pure Land and Mount Da-La. It is only ‘arrivable’ by buying tickets for a faster than light ‘craft’ where the ‘tickets’ are meritorious actions (the practice ‘in time’ of BEING in the NOW) and the ‘craft’ is our Light Body.
Many of us are already awake to the fact that we ourselves are portals or ‘doorways to the infinite’ and in our Light Body, with enough understanding and awareness of vibratory frequencies, we can ‘adjust’ the Light Matrix, its harmonics and resonance, to ‘travel’ wherever and whenever we want, between worlds and across dimensions we have previously only heard about or read about and now can access for real.
In confirmation of this, the Divine Architect of the Great Pyramid, Serapis Bey, appeared to me three times last night. The first was to show me the Great Pyramid and say, symbolically that our body and Light Body is like the Great Pyramid, a holy temple for the Light and so we need to empty ourselves to allow the light to enter. A practical way to do this is to visualize your Light Body, the MerKaBah (Mer-Light/Ka-Spirit/Bah-Body) as a Light Tetrahedron above and below (a pyramid of light above and its mirror image below, rotating, energizing) filled with light. Keep it simple. See if you can manifest it in front of you. (Mine actually appears as a Flower of Life with the Light symbols flowing through its Petals each accessing a different realm) The second time was to show me the manifestation of sound in the Great Pyramid which then alters the DNA to allow the light to enter. The third time was to show me the apex of the pyramid, the crown chakra or magnificent blessing, which opens, like a portal, to allow the light of the Holy Spirit, the Pure Consciousness of the Divine, to enter. (Even as I write this the diamond Light of Pure Consciousness is manifesting in front of me in further confirmation)
I am going to use Shambhala as an example of the Worlds of Pure Consciousness and give you practical tips for the keys to these worlds and how to gain ‘entry’.
THE FIRST KEY – EMPTINESS
In great ancient Tibetan texts like the Kalachakra Tantra entry to Shambhala is described as ‘a pure land, a place beyond the reach of ordinary travel, a land that APPEARS only to those of great merit. Through making prayer-wishes, people can be reborn in Shambhala, to continue enjoying the Buddha’s teaching’.
Here is the first key. You don’t try. You empty yourself, allow the Light to enter, and LET SHAMBHALA APPEAR.
THE SECOND KEY – LOVE AND FREEDOM
In other texts in the teachings of Mahayana Buddhism entry to the Pure Lands is given as practice of the paramitas or perfections of Being, the Paths to cross over to the other shore, breathing, walking and enlightening in every moment, or prajna paramita the wisdom of insight of Being.
Here is the second key. Every time you take a breath or a step you can breathe or walk into the Pure Land of Shambhala. IT IS IN THE HERE AND NOW, WHEN YOU ADJUST YOUR VIBRATORY FREQUENCY THROUGH LOVE. You have to make an effort, to give kindness in every breath, be mindful of every step, to transform the pain and the love equally, to persevere and be still and silent, and let this wisdom transform your consciousness.
WHEN WE ARE FREE what we perceive to be suffering is transformed by the power of our consciousness into Wondrous Being. Someone who is free can establish Shambhala right here and now, beyond being and nonbeing, beyond nirvana. (As I write this the Blue Pearl of Pure Consciousness is manifesting in front of me in confirmation)
WE ONLY NEED TO CHANGE OUR THOUGHTS, our mind, our consciousness, to vibrate IN LOVE and joy and bliss. The mind and its merits or blissful vibration is the basis of heaven, paradise, Shambhala. With a true mind and heart we co-create Shambhala. And where there is one, there can be two, and if two people come together with a true mind, then there is Shambhala. The merit is clear, the wisdom is good. If there is a third person make sure the two true minds are grounded before you invite the third into Shambhala. Where two or three or gathered in the ground of a true mind, in the Name of TRUTH and LOVE and FREEDOM there I AM, there is the I AM PRESENCE.
THE THIRD KEY – THE SOUND OF THE SOUL
In the Lotus Sutra entry to the Pure Lands is through the Buddha’s beam of bright Light from the ‘knob of flesh on the top of our head’ illuminating our Light Body, who in that Pure Land, Shambhala, is known as ‘Wonderful Sound’. By planting numerous roots of virtue, offering generosity and serving all fellow beings, many profound wisdoms from the Dharma Flower Samadhi to the Wisdom Torch Samadhi and the Samadhi of the Cosmic Sun, are ours. The Samadhis manifest through the ‘Wonderful Sound’, the I AM Presence resonating purely in our soul. I AM SOUL.
Here is the third key. THE SOUND OF THE SOUL. The soul has a resonance, a vibration of pure consciousness. Working with divine sounds can open the portal to Shambhala which is the pure sound, the pure consciousness of your soul.
The Buddha’s Illumination in the Lotus Sutra is the Indestructible Drop of Bliss and Compassion at the Crown opening the third eye, OM, that gives rise to all the form and formless bodies of the Buddha, Christ, Krishna and Divine Mother.
At the throat the drop of compassion, AH, gives rise to the Invincible Sound.
At the heart the drop of compassion, HUM, gives rise to the luminous portal of clear awareness
At the navel the drop of compassion, HOH, gives rise to the Great Bliss.
Working with these sounds at these chakras, or what is called POINTS OF BLESSING take us deeply into the Divine Mother’s Grace and the Magnificent Blessing.
The Buddha Bodies, Sounds, Awareness and Bliss are not visualizations but are actual experiences that arise with deep committed meditation on compassion and wisdom.
Merits, paramitas, true minds and samadhi are forms of wisdom that are literally keys to the doors of Shambhala and other pure lands or worlds or dimensions that you ‘attune’ yourself to.
THE ALCHEMICAL CIRCLE OF SHAMBHALA
Here is a simple exercise to do to attune yourself to the keys of ancient alchemy that is Shambhala.
Sit comfortably and breathe. Center yourself in Spirit. Feel your inner energy field, the I AM Presence. Allow the Light to enter and flow down from your heart into your palms.
With your right index finger draw a circle clockwise on your left palm saying
“All the power that ever was or will be IS HERE NOW”
Then
“No beginning, no end”
And
“My Father and I are ONE”
“My Mother and I are ONE”
When you feel the healing power of God activating in your palm bring your palm up to your third eye and visualize/feel and taste the Circle of Alchemy move into you, guided by the breath of the Holy Spirit.
Imagine the Holy Spirit is breathing through the third eye area, the ajna chakra, the OM Blessing, and activating your God-Self.
Let the vibration of God the Father, God the Mother, God the Holy Spirit fill you with Christ Consciousness and the healing power of your SOUL.
You are FREE, you are LOVE, you are LIGHT.
Move your hands as guided to the various chakras or blessings to fill yourself and others with the Healing Light of the Source.
SHAMBHALA AND THE WISDOM OF THE DNA, LIGHT AND SOUND
The DNA’s cellular structure that activates when you touch this vibration, these keys, this frequency of compassion and wisdom in Shambhala sings to other cells in a harmony, A KEY, with specific energy interactions which activate the angelic consciousness and allow the Light to enter.
Sound and vibrations can activate your DNA Code. They transform the ‘Code’ into Light. This is alchemy. Alchemy historically stems from Ancient Egypt and Thoth on one hand and Ancient China, India and Tibet and Buddha on the other.
We know Yeshua, Buddha, Krishna and Thoth were all originally part of the same soul group, tasked with bringing the Ancient Wisdom to Gaia.
Even our modern research, which seems to take a long time catching up to ancient wisdom, supports the ABILITY TO ALLOW THE LIGHT TO ENTER which is the true function of alchemy – to be free of the physical body here on Earth and travel the cosmos in this transformed Body of Light.
Dr. Glen Rein of the Quantum Biology Research Lab in New York performed experiments with sound and DNA. Four styles of music, including Sanskrit and Gregorian chants that utilize the 528 Hz frequency, were converted to scalar audio waves and played to test tubes containing DNA. The effects of the music were determined by measuring the DNA test tube samples’ absorption of light after an hour of exposure to the music, in other words THE DEGREE TO WHICH THE SOUND ENHANCED THE ABILITY OF THE DNA CODE TO ALLOW THE LIGHT TO ENTER.
The results from one experiment indicated that classical music caused a 1.1 % increase in allowing the light to enter, and rock music caused a 1.8% decrease indicating no effect. Gregorian chants, however caused a 5.0% and 9.1% increase in absorption of light and allowing the light to enter in two separate experiments. Sanskrit chanting caused a similar 8.2% and 5.8% effect in two separate experiments. Thus both types of sacred chanting music produced a large enhancing effect on DNA, allowing light in increased amounts to enter.
Glen Rein’s experiment shows that music resonates with human DNA and enhances its ability to allow light to enter. Rock and classical music do not affect DNA, whereas spiritual musical chants do resonate with DNA.
The vibratory frequencies of mantras and hymns now assume incredible importance IF DONE ON A REGULAR AND CONSISTENT BASIS FOR LONG ENOUGH. They are activators, transformers.
TRANSFORMATION OF THE CRYSTAL DNA THROUGH ALCHEMY
Your DNA is not set in stone. It can be transformed. This is alchemy.
Dr Leonard Horowitz, used the 528 Hz frequency to heal damaged DNA. Our DNA have membranes that allow water to flow through and clear impurities.
Richard J Saykally from UC Berkeley has explained that the structure of the water molecule gives it special properties and is essential for DNA’s function.
Lee Lorenzen and other investigators discovered that six-sided, crystal-shaped, hexagonal clustered water molecules form the supportive matrix of healthy DNA.
Biochemist Steve Chemiski says the 6-sided clear crystal clusters that support the healthy DNA double helix vibrate at a specific resonant frequency – 528 cycles per second.
Mantras and hymns recorded at specific frequencies such as 528 Hz are vibrating at the same resonance as the crystalline structure and consciousness of the DNA and allow the light to enter and heal.
SHAMBHALA AND CO-CREATION – THE CRYSTAL DNA SOUND HEALING
That is what we are doing here collectively, passing on the inner and secret meanings of Shambhala, the place of wisdom where the Great Bliss is realized.
The use of ‘Wonderful Sound’ the second key mentioned above is a simple and powerful Shambhala tool.
This is the true potential of co-creation together. Any retreats I have done, as you have done, with focused intent, yields the miracles and manifestation that our souls desire. The power of gathering with a common goal, the value of focused work with a central focus, the power of physically gathering in groups, and the deep alchemy of the transformation that occurs in a group that stays together over a long period of time is a priceless treasure. With Steve Audain as a group we were able to call in Light Craft from other star systems on a regular and ‘witnessed’ basis. With Tareth we could manifest divine oil, vibhuti and light and heal the sick. With Swami Shaym we could bilocate and touch the infinite.
In Shambhala I propose we ALLOW THE LIGHT TO ENTER and collectively CO-CREATE the miracles and tools necessary to allow humanity to heal and realize their true selves.
Making our own portals and accessing frequencies through our own creations allows the Light to enter and our Light Body to activate.
SHAMBHALA SOUND CODE
As an example, I have used the Light Frequencies of the Great Pyramid of Giza as manifested by Tareth in the Great Pyramid, combined with The Heart Sutra, as chanted by the Dalai Lama. I have included that co-creation for you in the Soundcloud Creation in this post. I call it ‘SHAMBHALA’.

Go beyond your self, go beyond what you know, go beyond the breath, empty yourself, bathe yourself in the Heart of the Christ Light, the Light of the Buddha’s eyes, the Bliss of Krishna, the Unity of Thoth Consciousness
This opens a portal to Shambhala.
You can do the same, by accessing whatever you are attuned to, Cathar consciousness or Egyptian Gods or Avalon or the Siddha Tradition or your own God-Self Chant by using the base frequency Codes and ‘blending’ them with a sutra or mantra or hymn from a tradition or culture or your God-Self that you wish to access the wisdom from.
I worked with the Codes and Mantra for a year very deeply, every day, for hours at a time, and the portal opened and I was able to walk through it, in my Light Body.
I saw through the eyes of Manjushri, into Shambhala.
THE EYES OF SHAMBHALA – THE EXPERIENCE OF MANJUSHRI
The second time I visited Shambhala was to see and listen to the Buddha…bestowing the kalachakra, through the eyes of Manjushri.
Simply speaking this was the process.
I sit everyday and give thanks.
I take time to bless and forgive and ask forgiveness and express gratitude for each and every person.
Then I ask the saints, masters and gurus to bless me.
I also work with crystals to heal and bring light.
Then I work with the Babaji Breath in the chakras, Divine Mother’s magnificent blessings.
Then I use the divine sounds, in this case ‘SHAMBHALA’ which I have copied for you above.
Finally I sit still when everything is aligned and empty myself.
Into that emptiness comes the Sound.
Into that Sound comes the Light.
The Light may be formless or in this case ‘forms’.
This is my diary entry from that time.
“The union of Manjushri and Guan Yin within me is a profound realization of Self.
Wisdom merges with Compassion in a divine romance.
God blends with Goddess in pure harmony.
There is no-thing, just limitless being and love.
We are all gods, and we are growing to know this, reveal this, open to this.
Behind the wave of our consciousness is the sea of the True Self’s Presence.
Look within.
Whenever we become aware of the little wave of the body-mind with its weaknesses and troubles surfacing, seek stillness and peace;
look beneath.
Close our eyes together and we see the vast omnipresence before us, everywhere we look.
We are the center of that consciousness, and as we lift our consciousness from the body-mind and its experiences, we find that consciousness filled with the great joy and bliss that lights the stars and gives power to the winds and storms.
The I AM revealed in silence and stillness of Presence is the source of all our joys and of all the manifestations in nature….
Awaken from the gloom of ignorance.
No longer do we close our eyes in the sleep of delusion.
Awake!
Open our eyes to behold the glory of Being — the vast vista of God’s light spreading over all things”
SHAMBHALA AND THE DRAGON KING’S DAUGHTER
In Shambhala I saw the dragon king’s daughter
I beheld the dragon girl or naga girl.
The eight-year-old dragon daughter of Sagara, one of the eight great dragon kings dwells in a palace at the bottom of the sea. According to the “Devadatta” (twelfth) chapter of the Lotus Sutra, the dragon girl conceived the desire for enlightenment when she heard Bodhisattva Manjushri preach the Lotus Sutra in the dragon king’s palace.
I saw through the eyes of Manjushri as follows…
First I saw the Buddhas, bodhisattvas, dakas and dakinis, the gods and goddesses, the dragons and naga serpents, yasksha spirits and elemental spirits. I saw the many Pure lands including those of the celestial realms.
Then I saw the dragon girl appear and praise Shakyamuni Buddha, offering a jewel to the Buddha, and instantaneously perfecting the bodhisattva practice. She then appeared in a land to the south called Spotless World and manifested the state of Buddhahood without changing her dragon form. With the thirty-two features and eighty characteristics of a Buddha, she preached the Lotus Sutra to all living beings there.The dragon girl’s enlightenment reveals the power of the Lotus Sutra which enables all people equally to attain Buddhahood in their present form, without undergoing kalpas of austere practices. The transformation occurred instantaneously, not in the next life so is a very significant teaching of the power of Presence NOW.
SHAMBHALA, THE GRAIL AND THE SIDDHA
The East and the West both have guardians of alchemic knowledge and wisdom, the Siddha tradition in the East and the Grail tradition in the West.
We are part of the Grail and Siddha Traditions, to unlock the hidden wisdom of alchemy in the West and East.
The Grail is the spiritual embodiment or blueprint of the wisdom that leads to enlightenment.
Siddha means perfected ONE or perfected BEING and was first spoken of in the Maitreya Upanishad मैत्रेय उपनिषत् as I AM SIDDHA. According to Maitreya “the Lord is within the heart of each person, he is the witness of the reason’s dance, and the object of the utmost love.” Shambhala is the abode or dwelling place of the Siddha.
The Quest for the Grail or to BE a Siddha is the spiritual journey embodying what you need to know to BE realized or perfected, since you are that already. Both traditions have similar aspects, the knowledge of our true spiritual self and the Alchemy that transforms our perception and allows the Light in to shine upon the Self so the inner wisdom can be revealed.
The Grail and Shambhala and the Siddha or inhabitants of Shambhala are the symbols of complete union with the spiritual wisdom within, the spiritual wisdom in the planet, the spiritual wisdom in the Source, which is the enlightenment that Thoth and the Buddhas are guiding us to.
There is also a physical Grail and a physical Shambhala. When your inner work leads you to both you will understand the quest for the Holy Grail and Shambhala that has been embedded in the fabric of the earth and written into so many traditions. The power, wisdom and knowledge that is in the Grail and Shambhala is all referring to the same alchemic truth. Our soul guardians saying to us to unite all traditions.
THE EAST
EAST – In the Siddha tradition, the process is about bodhicitta, combining ambrosial essences of Prajna (Goddess Wisdom) and Upaya (God Wisdom) and cultivating a Rainbow Body or Body of Light. We produce a nectar of immortality and wisdom which is both yogic and sexual transmutation. The goal is an immortal, real, diamond body, transcending the laws of nature, a spiritualized body of Light, a divine body of ‘wonderful sound’. This is the Siddha/Tibetan Buddhism/Hindu synthesis.
The Buddha is not just one person any more than Thoth is just one person. Thoth is a soul group just as Buddha is a soul group.
If you are from the Buddha lineage you will know there is a line of Buddhas from Vipassi (“having seen clearly” which is where our word Vipassana or contemplation comes from) to Maitreya.
According to Buddhist tradition, each kalpa has 1,000 Buddhas.The previous kalpa was the vyuhakalpa (Glorious aeon), and the present kalpa is called the bhadrakalpa (Auspicious aeon). The Seven Buddhas of Antiquity (Saptatathāgata) are seven Buddhas which bridge the vyuhakalpa and the bhadrakalpa
Vipassī (the 998th Buddha of the vyuhakalpa)
Sikhī (the 999th Buddha of the vyuhakalpa)
Vessabhū (the 1000th and final Buddha of the vyuhakalpa)
Kakusandha (the first Buddha of the bhadrakalpa)
Koṇāgamana (the second Buddha of the bhadrakalpa)
Kassapa (the third Buddha of the bhadrakalpa)
Gautama (the fourth and present Buddha of the bhadrakalpa)
Following the Seven Buddhas of Antiquity will be Maitreya, the fifth and future Buddha of the bhadrakalpa.
THE WEST
WEST – In the Grail tradition, Thoth’s line includes the Babylonian God Anum and Arak Anuma, Zarathustra, the Ark of the Covenant and Moses, Sakyamuni Buddha and the Eastern Siddhas (wisdom), Yeshua, Mary Magdalene and the Nazar Essenes (innate spiritual power), Merlin and the Round Table (protection of the planet and old knowledge), St Germain and the Mystery Schools, Tareth, and includes many messengers not in the physical.
UNITY is the true key to alchemy and the only way humanity can survive – by uniting and understanding our differences.
THE SACRED DRAGON PLACES OF THE EAST AND WEST
The lineages of the Buddhas and Thoth above are all connected with sacred places, focal centers, doorways of communication within and outside the planet including energy portals such as Shambhala and Babaji’s Etheric Retreat in Mt Kailash and Archangel Michaels Retreat in the Rocky Mountain, Lemuria, Atlantiis and other Naga Centres, Stonehenge, Jerusalem, Varanasi, Macchu Pichu, Uluru.
The ‘Dragon Communities or Naga Centres’ you established are in those grid locations coinciding with the Christ Grid points. They were also called Earth’s etheric Dragon Lines connecting Dragon Lands. I have unearthed some of these in Japan. There is one on the east of Kyoto city in Japan, an azure dragon line. These Earth Grids naturally connect to the Extraterrestrial Grid, which is why some of you are attracted to the Great Pyramid, for example, to connect with Sirius.

The Great Pyramid at Giza
The serpent or dragon manifested upon twin Mother Lands in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and when the weight of those civilizations sank the Dragon ‘Kings’ (High Priests and High Priestesses) and Serpents of Wisdom travelled to all corners of the globe.
They were welcomed by indigenous people as Serpent prophets who guided the various Dragon cultures ruled over by the Dragon Kings who like Yoga Masters can manifest dragons at will through the power of deity yoga just as many of you are discovering now through the appearance of your own personal dragons. The key is not a discussion over which of these great civilizations came first but more how we can work together in unity to release and share the great wisdoms of these civilizations throughout the world.
SHAMBHALA AND THE KALACHAKRA
Bestowal of the Kālachakra:
The Buddha Shakyamuni taught this [Kālachakra] system on the 15th day of the black-star month [2nd month according to Kālachakra astrology] at the great and glorious Danyakataka Stupa in South India. At that time, he was surrounded by an unfathomable retinue of Buddhas, bodhisattvas, dakas and dakinis, the 12 great gods and other gods, as well as countless assemblies of naga serpents, yasksha spirits and elemental spirits.
[…] In the northern kingdom of Shambhala, having reached the age of 99, was the emanation of Vajrapani, the Dharma King Suchandra. In a city with the human population of ten million and ninety six, amidst an unfathomable fortunate age, he used his magical powers to transport himself by wheel… then appearing in front of the stupa, King Suchandra made his request.
Inside the stupa, within the space the size of a vase — was the speech mandala of phenomena’s expanse as the base, in the center was the mandala of the vajra expanse, and above was the actual manifestation of the mandala of the glorious lunar mansion. Within this perfect vessel, both the worldly and trans-worldly empowerments were conferred and the the Kālachakra Tantra was delivered…
THE SHAMBHALA PROPHECY
Prophecy in Shambhala:
Shambhala
King Suchandra then brought these tantras [the Kālachakra as well as others taught on that occasion] back to Shambhala where he later composed an explanatory commentary on the root tantra of the Kalachakra… The root tantra was then taught twice a year in Shambhala’s Malaya Pleasure Grove where a magical display of the enlightened body, speech, and mind mandala of the Kālachakra made of variegated precious jewels was raised 4oo cubits high. This is the Kālachakra palace temple in the capital city of Kalapa.
[Including Suchandra, there were 7 Dharma Kings of Shambhala from the time of the reception of the tantra, and they each reigned for 100 years…] After this period, the son of the Dharma King Sureshana was the first kalkin. He was an emanation of Manjugosha, King Yashas -– who taught the dharma for 100 years. During midnight on his 100th year, he understood the prophesy from the root tantra:
[King Yashas said,] I think that it is time for the 35,000,000 rishi minorities of Brahmin descent who live throughout the 96 districts in the land of Shambhala to now be tamed through the fortune of mantra. If these [rishis] are not subdued, then in the future, I know that their descendants will inevitably become barbarians. However, if they proceed along the path of mantra now, everyone within the 96 districts [of Shambhala] will enter onto the path of mantra. Even through intimidation or expulsion, I know how to retain these rishis.
Though the texts depict Shambhala as physical city-state – one with a lotus-shaped perimeter divided into 96 districts and ruled over by a specific chronology of kings – they also maintain that it is separated from the tangible world by a spiritual boundary. As the Dalai Lama stated in 1981, “[If] you lay out a map and search for Shambhala, it is not findable; rather it seems to be a pure land which, except for those whose karma and merit have ripened, cannot be immediately seen or visited.”
It is the goal of all Tibetan lamas to one day, after years of intense study and reflection, to perceive the awesome grandness of this ethereal oasis through the achievement of enlightenment and the cycle of rebirth. Shambhala is ruled over by Maitreya, the future buddha.
SHAMBHALA – THE ROUND TABLE IN THE EAST

The Tibetan manuscripts themselves do provide some insights – in the form of prophecy – as to when Shambhalah will be revealed once and for all time. In an interesting counterpoint to the Bible’s Book of Revelation, the Kalachakra Tantra states that the world of man will eventually degenerate through war, greed and moral corruption. At that point, a tyrannical ruler will ascertain the kingdom’s true location and invade, only to be fought off and defeated by the 32nd King of Shambhlah, Rudra Cakrin, and his army of the pure hearted. In doing so, the world will be ushered into an age of enlightenment and unprecedented global unity.
Not so luckily for us, however, is the fact that the Tibetan calendar places the date of this transformation in the year 2425.
This represents a physical period of approximately 310 years from when I am writing.
SHAMBHALA AND KRIYA YOGA
Luckily for us, many great Masters, such as Babaji and Paramahansa Yogananda, have revealed to us ways of “liberating ourselves and sundering the barriers of karma” to allow us to find bliss and enter the wondrous world of Shambhala and Spirit. Here is Yogananda’s description – Kriya Yoga teaches people to ascend heavenward by leading the ego, mind, and life force through the same spinal channel that was used when the soul originally descended into the body. Pranayama [‘control of prana’ or energy/life-force that sustains life in the body] is the primary art of realization. You cannot find God unless you can master the mortal breath. Breath ties the mind to the sense plane. As your breath becomes calm, your mind goes within. Breathlessness is the way to God. Practice pranayama and you will know how to meditate—how to perceive God and be one with Him. Bliss—which is God, man’s ultimate goal—is felt in an intense degree in the practice of Kriya Yoga. The practice of Kriya is far more purely blissful than the greatest enjoyment that any of our five senses or the mind can ever afford us. I do not wish to give anyone any other proof of this truth than is afforded by his own experience. The more one practices Kriya with patience and regularity, the more one feels intensely and durably fixed in Bliss, or God. One-half minute of revolution of energy around the sensitive spinal cord of man effects subtle progress in his evolution; that half-minute of Kriya equals one year of natural spiritual unfoldment. After Kriya practice, sit long in meditation with attention fixed at the Kutastha (the Spiritual Eye). The soul-consciousness that usually flows outward into body-consciousness is turned inwardly by Kriya. Then the mind, freed from its attraction to external objects, will experience the wondrous inner world of Spirit. Many latent desires of the past remain buried in the spinal region ready to spring forth when conditions are right. These tendencies must be burned in the fire of meditation. The current which is revolved around the spine while practicing Kriya is so intense that it literally bakes the seeds of karma. So if you practice Kriya regularly, and with ever-increasing devotion for God you will reach the goal in the end. When by constant practice of Kriya, the consciousness of this blissful state of the spiritual self becomes real, we find ourselves always in the holy presence of the blissful God within us.
SHAMBHALA, THE BLUE PEARL AND THE STAR PORTAL
So the ‘appearance’ of Shambhala and its spiritual transformation within you is also symbolic. By deep devotion and practice, of a technique like Kriya, for example, the 310 years of spiritual unfoldment necessary becomes 155 hours of intense “unbound” practice. Practicing for just an hour a day you can enter Shambhala in six months. OR NOW. IF YOU ALLOW THE LIGHT TO ENTER. As Self-Realization students know, when your spiritual eye is open in meditation, you see the astral light of the spiritual eye as a ring of golden radiance encircling a sphere of opalescent blue, that the Siddha Tradition calls the Blue Pearl, and at the center, a five-pointed silvery-white star. If you can penetrate that star, you are immediately in God’s kingdom in the astral world and can enter Shambhala at will. This is exactly what happens. You enter the “Star Portal” and the inner world of the Divine opens.
“For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of Him who sent me”. (John 6:38)

OTHER USEFUL NOTES ON SHAMBHALA
Shambhala is ruled over by Maitreya, the future buddha. The Kalacakra tantra prophesies that when the world declines into war and greed, and all is lost, the 25th Kalki king will emerge from Shambhala with a huge army to vanquish “Dark Forces” and usher in a worldwide Golden Age. Using calculations from the Kalachakra Tantra, scholars such as Alex Berzin put this date at 2424.
Shambhala is a mythical kingdom hidden somewhere in Hollow Earth. It is mentioned in various ancient texts, including the Kalacakra Tantra and the ancient Zhangzhung texts of western Tibet. The Bon scriptures speak of a closely related land called Tagzig Olmo Lung Ring.
Hindu texts such as the Vishnu Purana (4.24) mention the village Shambhala as the birthplace of Kalki, the final incarnation of Vishnu who will usher in a new Golden Age (Satya Yuga).
The legends, teachings and healing practices associated with Shambhala are older than any of these organized religions. Shambhala may very well have been an indigenous belief system, an Alti-Hymalian shamanic tradition, absorbed into these other faiths. This pre-existing belief system, also called Mleccha (from Vedic Sanskrit म्लेच्छ mleccha, meaning “non-Vedic”), and the amazing abilities, wisdom and long life of these ‘sun worshipers’ (the Siddhi from the Vedic Sanskrit सिद्धि of the ancient ‘Surya Samadhi’ समाधि) is documented in both the Buddhist and Hindu texts.
Alice A. Bailey claims Shamballa (her spelling) is an extra-dimensional or spiritual reality on the etheric plane, a spiritual centre where the governing deity of Earth, Sanat Kumara, dwells as the highest Avatar of the Planetary Logos of Earth, and is said to be an expression of the Will of God.
Chögyam Trungpa, a Tibetan Buddhist lama, used the “Shambhala” name for certain of his teachings, practices, and organizations (e.g. Shambhala Training, Shambhala International, Shambhala Publications), referring to the root of human goodness and aspiration. In Trungpa’s view, Shambhala has its own independent basis in human wisdom that does not belong to East or West, or to any one culture or religion.
Dr. Shé D’Montford has taught modern mystical/magickal Shambhallah teachings and among other things a form of ancient ‘Surya Samadhi’ समाधि which develops Siddhi सिद्धि (psychic) abilities to makes life go well for the practitioner. She links Alexandrian Hermetic’s ancient fascination for some of these philosophies with a set of practical techniques that have uniformly been applied by successful paranormal practitioners worldwide.
Buddha prophecized that all who received the Kalachakra empowerment would take rebirth in its mandala of consciousness.
The Kingdom of Shambhala takes a central place in the Kalachakra teachings. Shambhala (Tib. bde ‘byung) is a Sanskrit term meaning place of peace/tranquility/happiness. Shakyamuni Buddha is said to have taught the Kalachakra tantra on request of King Suchandra, also the teachings are said to be preserved there. Shambhala is said to be a society where all the inhabitants are enlightened, centered around a capital city called Kalapa. War and injustice are said to be unknown there, and it is said to be peopled by beautiful women and men dwelling in magnificent abodes.
Shambhala is ruled over by the Kulika or Kalki (Tib. Ridgen) King, a benevolent monarch who upholds the integrity of the Kalachakra tantra. Religious scholars believe that this figure developed out of the myth of the Hindu conqueror Kalki, a similar personage. The Kalachakra prophesizes that when the world declines into war and greed, and all is lost, the twenty fifty Kalika king will emerge from Shambhala with a huge army to vanquish the corrupt world rulers and usher in a worldwide Golden Age. Some scholars put this date at 2425 AD.
As with many concepts in Vajrayana Buddhism, the idea of Shambhala is said to have an ‘outer,’ ‘inner,’ and ‘secret’ meaning. The outer meaning understands Shambhala to exist as a physical place, although only individuals with the appropriate karma can reach it and experience it as such. There are various ideas about where this society is located, but it is often placed in central Asia, north of Tibet. The inner and secret meanings refer to more subtle understandings of what Shambhala represents, and are generally passed on orally.
That is what we are doing here collectively, passing on the inner and secret meanings of Shambhala, the place of wisdom where the Great Bliss is realized.
This is the true potential of co-creation. BEING THE GOD-SELF, making our own portals and accessing frequencies through our own creations, ALLOWING THE LIGHT TO ENTER and our Light Body to activate.
We are One with Divine Father and Mother through our conscious choice and creation.
