DIARY OF A YOGI – January 2019 – I AM awake

DIARY OF A YOGI – January 2019

I wanted to share a little of my meditations from this first week of 2019 with you simply so that the gatekeeper in you can let go and stay present and go beyond the self.

Last Sunday after our meditation I was overcome by Shakti for several hours, spontaneously, keeping me awake until 3 am. The energies burst in my spine and light manifested around me and visions erupted one after the other so that I had to ask my wife to stay with me to help me ground and be present. I was concerned what would happen if the energies didn’t stop and my self was completely extinguished too suddenly without the normal accompanying harmony of peace. Divine Mother nurtures and She also makes it very obvious when the energies are nearing the capacity of this body to withstand.

So I understood there was some fine tuning necessary.

The next few days I more fully gave myself to the process of surrender to the light of awakening and entering into Source, so that the wisdom of realizing would more fully embrace the experiences. In other words I didn’t try. My meditations were softer, gentler.

Then on Friday night I could feel the mind and heart align with Source so I began with my usual Kriya practice, which these days is very short (perhaps 12 to 14 times) and settled into going beyond.

I was very awake.

In the stillness and silence and spaciousness of the most subtle mind and heart, the winds of Divine Mother blew a light body of the purest energy, clear and as radiant as a rainbow, into being. It was accompanied by a bliss that deepened rapidly on three to four occasions, as if Her lips blew that bliss into my being. I was not meditating, in fact there was no meditator. She was meditating me. There was no volition or control or any attempt to do anything whatsoever. In that non-doing everything was done. The bliss brought deep rolls of tears, waves of light upon a deeper ocean of light that was Her Light.

There was no self and no doing thinking or grasping. In the letting go all wonders and miracles revealed themselves.

I realized we are always in the company of those Masters, Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, Yogananda and Babaji, the Dalai Lama and Avalokiteshvara Guan Yin, who are seeking to raise our consciousness to the level of realization where their souls and ours, the Light and the Lord are all One.

On Saturday night, as I meditated again, aware that the Master’s consciousness had been with me all day, as I sat to meditate (which, with my family is about an hour, and can be interrupted by my gorgeous 4-year-old at any time) around 30 to 40 minutes in, my breath was drawn out of my lungs as if Divine Mother had sucked it out, quite beyond anything I could do myself. It was as if every part of me became part of every other aspect of being and was shredded or dispersed throughout the cosmos. There was no awareness of the body, but more a dispersal of my consciousness to every other place imaginable. Those places became me and I became them. The inner spaciousness was vast and could perceive all of this simultaneously. It was like watching a million movies, yet there was no watcher. The watcher had melted and the light itself was the creator and the creation. The joy was unfathomable. Tears of bliss enveloped a brief flash of me and then the cosmos that was unfolding continued, layer upon layer, light upon light, radiantly blinding.

The light drew me onwards, into a tunnel of light, giving the effect that whatever was left of this ‘I’ was being drawn into an Eternal Source of Light and Love, like an Eternal Flame. This flame burned with a divine wind, a tornado of OM, that blew through me like an engine, roaring in the inner ears. The intensity seemed infinite, endless and there was no wish for it to end. And then when it did come, there were just tears of endless gratitude for the Light within us, that we all share.

A beautiful awakened soul recently asked me:

“What is the best way to realize the self?”

My reply was:

“Simply to witness. So when you breathe, watch the breath, and be aware of the Divine Witness, the One that observes All including the breath. As you watch the breath you will learn to watch the winds in the trees and the waters on the earth and the clear blue sky and realize that you cherish them all as you are in them all. You will know the I AM Presence in them all that is not ‘me’ or ‘I’ that grasps and collects. It is a deeper I. The awakened One. You will know the value of stillness and silence and spaciousness. You will wish then only for the freedom and liberation of all beings. And you will also know that the greatest gift you can offer this planet and its people is your own self-realization.”

Whatever you bring your attention to, with deep awareness, becomes a portal, and through that portal you can connect to and co-create anything in the universe.

When we touch the Divine, the eternal space of love, how does it appear to us?

Some years ago, I was practicing Mahamudra and sitting in a Zen garden when I started to perceive all the surrounding trees, birds, wind and sunlight as emanations of Divine Mother in the form of Guan Yin. I walked in the gardens and the wind became Her Voice, the petals Her Skin, the light Her Face and the water Her Tears.

We walk our path with the Lord, with Divine Mother. We are not separate. There is no “me” and something else. We are all over the place, in the ground we walk upon, the air we breathe, the light we see.

You are seeing and hearing your wisdom, the wisdom of the One Shared Heart, awaken and appear in the energy forms of light or fire or subtle states of consciousness like peace or love or forms like Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, Yogananda and Babaji, the Dalai Lama and Avalokiteshvara Guan Yin.

Our wisdom is in plain sight, settled in our Heart.

“Be still and know God” Psalm 46:10

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. The eye is the lamp of the body, if your vision is clear, your whole body will be full of light.” Matthew 6:21-22

Remember the importance of faith and confidence in your practice and your own path with heart, especially in those days when events seem to make practice and your path more of a struggle than others.

Remember the Creator within, and that creating the awareness of Awareness consciousness within, through the power of the angelic, bodhisattva and master experience in each one of us, simply by being, brings deep presence and wisdom to our daily experience, moment by moment.

Just as we have an outer life now that we strongly connect to, and that we draw our outer purpose from, so we have an inner purpose, to awaken divine consciousness, and this is awakening within as we speak right now.

Together we are exploring how to awaken the light of the Holy Spirit within us, and how to awaken the subtle divine winds and body of light and the subtle levels of consciousness which lie within us all.

Like Yeshua and Mary Magdalene, Buddha and Avalokiteshvara Guan Yin, Krishna and Babaji, and the Archangels and Bodhisattvas we are all Lights for this World.

We reveal through the unity of the Shared Heart the miracles we can unfold through the state of being that is the awakened divine consciousness of our subtle divine consciousness and Light Body, ever-present in the light.

Be the Christ, Krishna, Buddha, the Divine Mother Within.
We carry this flame of enlightenment within us.
Let it shine.
Let the Light in.

These words of Avalokiteshavara Guan Yin from the Blessed Mother’s Heart of Wisdom Sutra are guidance into the heart of the subtle divine consciousness to direct realization of the Divine I AM Presence.

DIARY OF A YOGI – RIDING THE WIND DRAGON

DIARY OF A YOGI – RIDING THE WIND DRAGON

My dreams were of dragons.

We were on a parallel world, totally inhabited by dragons.

I was about to mount an azure-blue Phoenix-like bird-dragon on this dragon world.

The dragon in the dream is symbolic of the breath and prana (life force), and the techniques of mounting the wind dragon are given below.

We are given an unsurpassable teaching and an immeasurable gift in the simple power of the breath, which contains within it the Alchemy of the Breath and in turn the power to harness the Wind Dragon which constantly rides the bridges between this world and other worlds whether we are aware of it or not.

It is simply discovered through vision, meditation, action and goal where vision is freedom from thinking that we can or can’t accomplish this Siddhi (or power), meditation is the experiential knowledge of this primal purity, action is mindful relaxation, peace and stillness, and the goal is the natural expression of the Buddha or Christ within us which is the liberation of all living beings.

Practicing harnessing the wind dragon according to kriya, is the drawing up of the energy of prana in the breath, both up and down and in cycles around the chakras in the central channel, which will eradicate all negativity in any form.

Cultivating the mind according to mahamudra, is seeking silence and stillness within, knowing how to pause, then stop, then drawing insight from the wisdom that arises, and this brings the inner teacher, the inner Master.

Training vision according to Tantra and Alchemy, is bringing the divine Self as a deity into your Heart and achieving union with Him or Her which brings the blessings of compassion.

Practicing these automatically produces vision, meditation and action and the energies that arise within you gift you with power and siddhis.

The seed essence that arises as a result in terms of the bliss drop in the Sacred Heart accomplishes Buddhahood and the Christ Light within.

My dreams grow more prophetic and I am also practicing dream yoga more precisely as we navigate the astral dream dimensions more accurately together.

Mine is not an individual consciousness but a collective and so this wisdom arising is ours, not mine.

Children are coming to me to explore time travel and other dimensions and mindfulness, and groups are forming of their own accord (in mindfulness, compassion and healing) in the different communities I am involved in.

I am growing in awareness, knowing that we are growing in awareness and that consciousness flows in all things and allows me to connect with “you in me” where “you” can be humans or dolphins, snakes, dragons and star ships and all other beings besides.

The more I surrender the more awareness flows.

The more we flow.

I also become aware of the synchronicities, such as the orbiting breath of Kriya around the solar system of the chakras within the central sushumna, and the orbiting of vessels around the universe that belong to civilizations that have already realized the timelessness of time travel and the spacelessness of multiple dimensions.

The mystical in us all is awake.

In silence and stillness we can connect to many gurus of past ages, mandala deities, buddhas, Christs, Divine Mothers, bodhisattvas and archangels who will directly give us secret transmissions, initiations and teachings.

Such is the path of pathlessness in our Heart.

We become continually absorbed in the wisdom dance that experiences all appearances as pure vision.

We see behind the veil.

We unite lineages and religions and spiritual paths, the Old and the New, within the stream of our practice.

We embody both the distant and the close.

Above and below.

Within and without.

We see into the original transmissions, the Bible, the Koran, the Sutras and Tantras, the Alchemic Texts.

We also awaken paths within us born from visionary experiences of the Master Within.

We become treasure revealers.

Revelation comes as dreams, in deep meditation, in full blown sensory experience (like seeing a piece of theatre) and as concealed treasure, the Chintamani Stone within.

We work simply across worlds and through dimensions when we envision in any of these states.

Be very aware, as each dimension you enter is a Chintamani Stone, a wish-fulfilling jewel.

A
s you think each thought, now, slowly, with great space and awareness, feel yourself with the body, mind and speech of Guru Rinpoche or Yeshe Tsogyal or Yeshua or Mary Magdalene throughout your day, every moment, thinking in the Light Language of the Guru within.

Try it now.

Begin with the thought I AM, then think and visualize and hear and feel its movement, the way it shifts and weaves through both time and space.

Watch it fill the room with Light.

I AM Presence.

Now understand that if you think this way, the very fabric of the Universe you touch with this Pristine Light and Mind of Wisdom will be transformed.

DIARY OF A YOGI – Monday July 24th 2017

Dearest All

Last night I watched a movie called ‘Awake’ a biography about Yogananda, on Netflix, and then went to bed and fell into a deep sleep. I was awoken at about 1am by the most beautiful experience. A deep blue light was shining on me. It was a shaft of Light. I was sleeping in a dark room. The Light was there with my eyes open or closed. I received one message, that I was receiving the healing energies of the moon winds of the Buddha Amoghasiddhi.

It connected me to series of meditations that arose within me just over a year ago, over 5 days in July 2016, where various Buddhas and deities spontaneously appeared.

I include them below wishing only that reading and absorbing them may also inspire the energies of Light and Love to crystallize and transform and arise within you in your own particular way as you read.

Appearance of deity form of Guan Yin Senju Kannon with hands in prayer posture, petite, ascending heaven-wards. Dark emerald-green.

MEDITATION

Vairocana Buddha Form Body manifested

Now, I, Vairocana Buddha am sitting atop a lotus pedestal; On a thousand flowers surrounding me are a thousand Sakyamuni Buddhas. Each flower supports a hundred million worlds; in each world a Sakyamuni Buddha appears. All are seated beneath a Bodhi-tree, all simultaneously attain Buddhahood. All these innumerable Buddhas have Vairocana as their original body

In the meditation, there was a celestial radiance of a hundred million worlds.

The Primordial Buddha of Emptiness.

Profound feeling of celestial emptiness.

Humbling.

Sunday PM

Utterly amazing. The Clear Light of the Great Bliss is even more astonishing and vast than I can possible imagine.

MEDITATION

The mighty brilliance of golden Guan Yin Senju-Kannon formed within me in Potala/Shambhala spreading Her Light from the Diamond Consciousness of the Womb Within Us to All Worlds

Diary July 12th

MEDITATION

This morning when I sat to meditate a remarkable vision arose within me.

I will share it.

The Buddha Shakyamuni rose within me and in front of me rose a white cobra, the Dragon King.

This is the story of that vision, The Mucalinda Tree

With the passing of seven days, the Gracious One, the Buddha, after arising from his meditation approached the root of the Mucalinda tree and he sat in one cross-legged posture for seven days experiencing the happiness of liberation.

Then at that time a great cloud arose out of season, bringing seven days of rainy weather, cold winds, and overcast days. Then a great king Cobra, the Dragon-King Mucalinda, came out, and coiled his body seven times around the Buddha to keep him warm and placed his hood over the Buddha’s head to protect him from the rain, thinking

“May the Gracious One not be cold, may the Gracious One not be hot, may the Gracious One not be affected by gadflies, mosquitoes, wind, the heat of the sun, and serpents.”

After seven days the rain stopped and the Dragon-King Mucalinda understood that the sky was now clear, without a cloud. After unravelling his coils from the Gracious One’s body, withdrawing his own form, and creating the appearance of a young brāhmaṇa, he stood in front of the Gracious One, revering the Buddha with raised hands.

The Buddha, having understood the significance of this, uttered this exalted saying

“Happy are they who are contented.

Happiness is for those who hear and know the truth.

Happy are they who have good will in this world towards all sentient beings. Happy are they who have no attachments and have passed beyond sense-desires.

The disappearance of the ‘I am’ , the self, is indeed the highest happiness.”

So I AM you and you are me.

We work through things together.

That is the evolution of Love and Unity.

You are ALL that Buddha under that Tree.

That is the Divine I AM Presence within you that I bow humbly to.

Rest now, take space, breathe, walk, eat, give joy.

MEDITATION

This morning we visited the Temple of She Who Hears All the Sounds of the World, a Guan Yin Temple with great stones and a one thousand year old ginkgo tree.

I sat and meditated and was uplifted into the emptiness after I had said my prayers for all of you and given devotion to all my teachers.

My practice is very simple, prayers, devotion, alchemical affirmation (from Thoth’s Emerald Tablet – “All The Power That Ever Was Or Will Be Is Here Now” while drawing a circle of power on my left palm and holding it to my heart ), Kriya (Babaji Breath ‘awe’ upwards wind and ‘eee’ ‘downwards wind in the astral spine) and then sit still. What happens from there is the Will of Our Father.

I have had exactly the same practice for many many years. This enables me consciously to be aware of changes in mindfulness and awareness from day to day and rest in the Grace of Our Mother.

The emptiness is vast and I only recollect afterwards so write almost immediately.

The Light that appears from within is a regular occurrence and ‘blends’ with the emptiness when I AM, still and silent.

That is half the secret. To train your body, mind and heart to be very very still.

Be Still and know I AM.

That is how to know “I AM”

From the Source, I AM, all else comes.

It is not imagination.

Here is what happened.

Amoghasiddhi arose in the consciousness of this body energy and information.

Truly the body is a Temple. Trained carefully we awaken the internal winds and the fire dragons.

This body became a stone.

It was unexpected and incredible. The weight was the weight of all the worlds.

So grounded.

So anchored.

Stone of the Shiva and Shakti.

The standing stone (linga) surrounded by the ring stone (yoni).

From that stone arose the Third Dalai Lama.

And from The Third Dalai Lama arose Lama Tsongkhapa the founder of Tibetan Buddhism.

The message they brought was the symbolism of the Five Dhyani Buddhas.

Sitting, The Five were within this body, in a circle, chanting this…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KweInWrdfto&list=FL-Vm78mUgKR6t4SrlYml7bw

(You will hear the Dalai Lama chanting it here for you)

This was the sound which filled the consciousness of this body.

This was the message they brought for you and me.

Anyone receiving initiation into the Highest Yoga Tantra systems honors the sacred pledges (samayas) connected with The Five Buddha Families.

Akshobhya

Vairochana

Ratnasambhava

Amitabha

Amoghasiddhi

These Five Buddhas are linked to

• the Five Directions of the mandala – north, south, east, west and the center

• the transformation of the Five Elements

• the Five Skandhas – form, sensation, perception, mental formation, consciousness (and purifying and transcending these)

• the Five Wisdoms

•   the Five Enlightenments

The Sacred Pledges (samayas – of which there are 19 in all) are similar in intent to the Eagle Vow I included on the website.

In ancient times the 19 samayas included practicing certain rituals three times a day and three times at night. These included generating the mind of Refuge in the Three Jewels (the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha) and bringing vajra (divine masculine) and bell (divine feminine) energies together in harmony and so on. Now a liturgy or vow called Six Session Yoga (because it is done 6 times in a day) replaces this.

Their message was, whatever sacred tradition or path you follow, do this practice as a formal dedication and devotion to the Absolute and the liberation of All Beings as many times as you can each day and consciously honor your Light Families at least six times a day. Some days or nights go past where we do not bring their energy consciously to mind. By setting up a formal practice within Our Sacred Heart, these Light Beings are honored and the Clear Light of Being within you spreads for All the Worlds.

Love and soul blessings
